This shoe runs true to size. It\'s pretty comfy except for the lining. Right where the lining stops at the toes is a seam and it rubs my little toe. I bought these to take on vacation where I would be doing a lot of walking but they are not the answer. For the money I would rather have a pair of Naots.

I love Born shoes and this is the first pair that I have ever had to return. I found them to be very tight across the foot and very hot. Not good for a Phoenix summer. Thanks Zappos for your easy and free returns.

I wasn't sure whether to get the 7 or 8 since I'm a true 7 1/2 so I got both sizes in this and two other Born sandals. Unfortunately, they all looked better on the screen than they did in person and I found them very odd, as well: I couldn't squeeze my foot into the front of any of the size 7s. As for the 8s, they fit OK but the way the fabric meets the leather under the toes in all of their sandals is really odd. Happy for those for whom Born shoes work but they're not for everyone.

I love the shoes. The color is perfect and goes with almost anything. They are very comfortable. I didn’t have to break them in at all. The only criticism I have is that they squeak when I walk. Other than that, they feel great and I love them.

Ordered these sandals yesterday, got them today. Wow! What service! Love them. Very soft & cushiony. I normally wear size 8-1/2; however, I ordered an 8. Fits perfectly and though width is a B, it fits well on my narrow foot. I'll be buying more Born shoes and I'll buy them from Zappos.

This sandal is really comfortable - lots of padding and the fit is terrific. You can adjust both sides of the strap.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
