My husband has a high instep and has problems finding a comfortable fitting shoe. We ordered both a 10 and a 10 1/2 EEE but kept the 10 1/2 because they were a better fit. He was so pleased with how comfortable these were that I ordered him another pair in burgandy.

Great pair of shoes. Very comfortable, handsome and affordable. The shoe size is true to form. Recommend highly.

I needed these shoes in a wide width for my daughter's wedding in June. They only had them in medium width, so I took a chance and ordered them. Two days before the wedding, I checked the web site and found they had one pair of these same shoes in my size in a wide with. I called Zappos and explained my situation. The woman I spoke to was so nice. She told me she would overnight the wide shoes to me at no charge and I could mail back the medium shoes, no charge. The shoes came the next day, they fit perfectly, very comfortable, and the wedding was amazing. Zappos is amazing, too. Thank you Zappos.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
