A well-fitting and extremely comfortable shoe! True to Florsheim tradition, no "break-in" was required; I wore them right out of the box on my feet all day.

I have been hunting for a pair of Florsheim dress shoes for a couple of years and cannot find them in any store. Zappos had them and I received them in less than a week. They are a perfect fit and it's like walking on air. Thank you Zappos!!

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
