Finally, a dress shoe with true comfort, solid feel and durability. A comfort shoe that really looks good with a suit. Very smart and fashionable. For best presentation, shoes will need a quick rub over with instant shine wax to bring out best color and sheen. Color is close to cordovan, which is my preferred color for dress shoes.

I work for a delivery company that keeps me on my feet ten hours a day. The years have put a lot of stress on my feet and I have developed painful foot problems. ECCO shoes were recommended by my doctor along with orthotic inserts. I bought two pairs of ECCO dress shoes and my feet are pain free! I normally wear a size forty-five, but had to go down to forty-four in this brand. I wish I made this change many years ago. Zappos is excellent to work with whether it be purchasing, returns, or refunds. Thanks for the great service. Gary

Very comfortable shoe, and looks great. The fit is slightly larger and slightly wider, but overall one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. The tread on the bottom is great for non-skid as well, and in Seattle with the rain, that is a big plus.

Great, comfortable shoe. Just the right amount of support. No fatigue at the end of the day like other dress shoes. My last 2 pair of ECCOs lasted 3 years of 2-3 times a week of office wear. (Switching between black/brown as appropriate.)

This is my second pair of these shoes. If you are looking for a dress shoe with the comfort of a sneaker then look no further. The quality is hard to beat as well. The rubber sole holds up extremely well. Great business shoe.

Excellent quality shoe.
Great shoe. I recently bought this shoe after trying 3 others. In particular I had the older model Apron Tie by Ecco where I was extremely pleased with its immediate comfort and fit. Trying to match that, I then tried the "Comfort" but was unable to get a good fit. All the extra padding ended up giving me a blister. Finally I tried this one. The shoe is once again excellent quality. Good stitching and same sole that wears like iron (lasts forever). The look is a little boxy, but I'm hoping to use that for more social settings as well as business. The size was on the small size and I had to return it for next size up. Immediate feel is pretty stiff, but it’s breaking in nicely (no blisters or hot spots). Excellent for airports as no metal shank for metal detectors. Once again Zappos customer care was above excellent and remains the best online shoe service I've encountered.

Great Fitting Shoe!!
I live overseas and was a little skeptical about ordering shoes online. When the shoes arrived they were one size to big and had to be returned. Zappos handled the entire process very professionally. The correct size shoe arrived and as soon as I put them on I was satisfied. Very light and good looking shoe. It's a little darker brown than I expected (almost black) but I'm still very happy with them. Zappos is great!!

Zappos customer service is wonderful. I ordered the shoe at 6:00 P.M. and they arrived at 11:00 A.M. the next day. The customer service rep. was very knowledgeable about their ECCO line of shoes.
These shoes are great out of the box. The color is really dressy and will go well with khakis or dress slacks with a shirt, tie, and sport coat. I can even see some people wearing these with a suit at times. I am a 6'2 -250lbs and have a D/E depending on how the shoe is made. Additionally, I need moderate arch support. These shoes provide solid comfort/arch support and have generous width. THANKS ZAPPOS!

Excellent Service From Zappos. Outstanding pair of shoes -
I first have to say the service I received from Zappos was exceptional. VERY fast service, excellent delivery service and very informative. The shoes themselves were amazing. They were the lightest shoes I have ever worn. Very comfortable, especially for dress shoes and the best part was after a few hours, they seemed to mold to my feet making them feel roomier (there were slightly tight when I first tried them on). I will always make any shoe purchase through Zappos from now on.

I love my ECCOs -
I ordered my ECCOs on a Saturday and they arrived on Monday. From the moment I put them on, I knew I had another ECCO Winner. Great looking shoe. I had to wear them back EAST for work and the style, fit, and comfort were a solid "10". I have over a dozen ECCO brand shoes and the ease of ordering from ZAPPOS.com will keep me a buyer and a loyal customer. ECCO and ZAPPOS are a winning combination.

Great shoe. Looks sharp and trim. Light in weight...I hate heavy shoes. Also, it felt a little tight on the top of my feet at first, but within a few hours, they stretched out to mold perfectly. Just make sure you know you want a reddish shoe when buying this one in the Rust Leather color. It doesn't really go with everything a normal brown colored shoe will go with. But if that's what you're going for, this is the shoe to get. Ecco shoes are always an easy choice for me.

Extremely Comfortable Shoe -
I recently purchased this shoe, after comparing it with the Ecco Austin. I ordered both shoes because I have narrow feet and had read conflicting information as to which shoe would be better for a narrow foot. Both shoes were very attractive, but this shoe was clearly narrower. It also is extremely comfortable. I have at least a dozen pairs of Ecco shoes, and this shoe is as comfortable as any I own. It is dressy enough for work, but also can be worn with chinos. Zappos service was great - I was given a free shipping upgrade and had the shoes two days after ordering.

Jackpot!!!
These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I may ever have had.
The first time I put them on I realized just how good they felt, and after wearing them several times over the last few weeks they have gotten even better. I've been looking for shoes like this for some time and finally hit the jackpot.
They polished up very nicely and hold the shine not like some other shoe leather.
The one very small drawback in my opinion is that the name of the manufacturer is on the side of the shoe; however, because of the comfort I can easily overlook the logo. I believe the price is offset by the comfort, this is not a cheap shoe and I believe they are worth every dollar.

I bought these shoes for my husband for dress shoes that he could wear for long hours...he advised that he needs to wear a thicker sock with them because they felt a little large all over, but for the most part he is really happy with them...personally Eccos are the only shoes I would spend that amount of money on....

To appreciate my eval of this, you need to know that my feet are a bit unusual. The metatarsal bones in my left were broken when I played football. My feet will sweat freely if the shoes don't breathe well and then when I go outside they "freeze". My right foot is a half size larger than my left one. With that in mind I am thus far very happy with these shoes. I wish they were leather lined but that's my only suggestion for improvement. I own about seven pairs of Ecco shoes and the Berlin is as high quality as they others - better than a couple.

I have the shoe in black and brown and like the quality, fit and comfort. I was searching for a thick sole shoe since I am on feet all day in my hospital job. These shoes certainly fill the bill. They do seem a little larger than the size marked but it might be due to European size being equated to the American size. Better a little larger than smaller.

This is a fantastic shoe. It is more comfortable than my last pair of Ecco’s. Right out of the box it is great. What a great transaction. I bought on Sunday night and had my shoes on Tuesday.

Very comfortable out of the box -
They are Euro size 49 which says on the box 15.5. I usually wear a 14, but these fit great. I have bike shoes that are 49 so I figured these would fit and they did. Nice, comfortable shoes.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
