I love love love these shoes. I have not worn them jet but I have tried them on and they fit perfectly! Sometime things online look better than they do in person, but these shoes are beautiful. I bought them to wear for our daughter\'s wedding which is in just a few weeks. My older daughter also loved these shoes and I ordered her a pair for the same occassion. \r\nFinding shoes is very difficult for me since I have a wide foot. Zappos has changed that for me and I look forward to purchasing more from them.\r\nZappos service has made me a customer for life.

Very comfortable. I have bunions and this pair did not give me any pain. Recommend it for people who have trouble with bunions.

Beautiful shoe but I should have listened to everyone. Too small and tight in the 10 I normally wear so hopefully the 11 will work out!!

These are lovely, elegant shoes with relatively short heels - perfect for the wedding and dancing I bought them for. Thanks go to all the previous reviewers who reported how narrow they are. I took their advice and got a wide instead of my usual medium. I would have suffered in a medium. Thanks, too, for the excellent customer service from Zappos.

They were very comfortable all evening, but I normally wear 8 1/2 or 9 Narrow, and I had to order 8 1/2 Medium in this shoe. I ordered them in two colors because it is hard to find a pretty, dressy, comfortable shoe when you need it!

Wow! These shoes are truly beautiful...better in person than in the picture. They feel like Cinderella shoes because of the vinyl and the small strip of gold that sparkles across the foot. The heel is a good height and width for us older folks and they were very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 1/2 W, but I ordered the WW because I was afraid the vinyl wouldn't give at all. They fit perfectly. I wore them on a cruise for formal night and was able to wear them for hours. I had originally ordered the 8 1/2 W, but sent them back. Zappos service is awesome. I always had my shoes the next day. I love Zappos!!

I normally use a size 8, however, the 8.5 was much better for me. The little extra room in this shoe was perfect. I wore them this week for the first time and loved them. I stood for 6 hours on a hard floor and the shoe was comfortable all night. Very pretty on.

I ordered these shoes to wear at my daughter's wedding. After looking and trying several different styles, I found these and they fit like a glove. Not only do they look great, but they are comfortable as well. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a narrow foot like I have!

taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow.
