I love these sandals! The shoe is so comfortable. The size did not run true so it took three trials before I found one that fit. I am not sure what is up with that. I loved, loved, loved working with the people at Zappos.com. I will be ordering again from them real soon!

These sandals are comfortable enough, although I did have to exchange the size 38 to a 39. I like the velcro adjustment on the strap and the fact that the insoles can be washed. These were perfect shoes for my recent trip to Australia, especially for beach walking and wading around the islands in the Great Barrier Reef.

Great shoe! I suffer from Plantar Faciitis and this shoe provides sufficient support to allow me to be on my feet more and yet not in more pain at the end of the day. They DO run small, I had to exchange for next size up, which fit perfectly, even though I thought I had already gone to larger size based on other's reviews. I normally wear a 9 or 10 depending on shoe, I needed an 11 (41) in this shoe. They also wash well.

Shipping was very quick! The shoes are comfortable, but do run a bit small. I always wear a 7 and though they do fit, my toes are very near the edge. Probably should have ordered a size bigger.

This is a great sandal and really good for your feet. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the first shoe that gives me relief and I can wear it all day without heel pain. I did find that the shoe runs small and I ALWAYS wear a size 9, but had to get the next larger size in this shoe. The size 10 is a typical 9... trust me. I have a wide foot also, so this works great for me. My friend who has a very narrow size 9 foot tried mine on and the length was great for her, but she felt it would not be narrow enough even when she tried adjusting the strap. It is a great shoe!!!

Great little daily shoe-
I was looking for something to just wear around on a daily basis that was not fancy, but extremely comfortable, I have foot issues. This was perfect from the first moment I put them on. Nice cushion for walking, love the velcro side adjustment because I have slightly narrow feet. Just a good, basic everyday flip-flop.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any Mephisto shoes.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
