Excellent Luggage -
Eagle Creek makes great looking and durable luggage. I had the smaller bag like this one and just love it so I decided to get this one for longer trips. It is nice and light weight yet extremely durable. This bag is great for 7 to 10 day trips. The handle is sturdy and it operates easily.

Almost perfect -
Excellent lightweight, durable luggage. Other than needed a couple extra pockets, this is a great travel solution.

Perfect bag -
Not too small, not too big. Keeps packing sensible. Very stable and easy to roll around. Saved a lot getting it on sale, but wish I could have afforded the green color - not really worried though as it doesn't really matter! AND a bright colored ribbon is easy to spot on the luggage caravan. Thank you Zappos!

Love it!
I bought this bag 2 years ago when I was heading over to Europe. I originally wanted a traditional backpack, but left my shopping to the last minute and couldn't find anything else at REI that would fit my short-waisted female frame. I'm glad I got this though, because it is great to be able to wheel it around at airports and such. My only little complaints are that unlike the photo that comes with the bag showing a man wearing a fully loaded pack with fully loaded attached daypack, I could not wear the backpack if the daypack had anything in it. It pulled me backwards. Also, I've been told I look like a turtle wearing it because of the hard frame. And unfortunately, one of the strap rings on the daypack broke the first day I used it. I was able to rig it, and I know that Eagle Creek offers a very good lifetime warranty, but as I'm always using this pack, it's pretty impossible to return it for repairs or replacement. Also, be aware that the waistbelt isn't as well-padded as on a traditional backpack, although it is comfortable enough--of course you'll probably find yourself wheeling it more often than carrying it.

Light, easy to maneuver & carries all I need -
I wanted one of the new, lighter suitcases because of airline check-in weight restrictions. I also wanted a bag that I wouldn't have to sit on to close. After lots of on-line comparison shopping, I settled on this bag & it totally fits the bill. Eagle Creek makes good, tough luggage, & on top of that, this bag looks great, too. Using the Eagle Creek pack-it bags (sold here separately), I can pack much more in this bag than I could in my old 24" suitcase. I packed for a week's vacation & didn't even have to use the expanded space.
