So comfy. I have very narrow feet and finding a sandal that will stay on is difficult. These are a 2A, but will adjust down to a 4A, if needed. They also provide a lot of cushioning. They will be my go to shoe for next summer.

I needed a simple pair of white sandals for everyday summer wear. These were perfect. Comfortable, I didn't have to break them in at all.

These sandals are comfortable, run true to size, but my baby toes have a tendency to slide out the cut-outs on the outside of the shoes. This could be because I wear a EE width, but I do not know. I also had some trouble with the strap/buckle area over the toes on a couple pairs the left and the right shoes had the buckles in slightly different places. Maybe I am just too nit picky...

The adjustable straps work for my hard to fit narrow foot. The color surprisingly goes with most things. Comfortable, but not walking long distances. Service couldn\'t be better from Zappos.

I found that my second pair fit better than the first one. They are lightweight and adjustable, and they run in wide widths, a real bonus for me! The padded sole is very comfortable for walking.

I wanted a good walking sandal that would accommodate my long, wide feet, especially the bunion on my right foot. This shoe seems to have fit the bill, though I wish now I had purchased it a half size or size smaller. Now that the sandals are broken in my foot slips a bit, and I had to tighten the straps. If I hadn't already walked in these outside, I would have switched to a smaller size.

Not the shoe I'd hoped it would be -
I think this shoe is designed for a long, skinny, flat foot. I have a wide, short, chubby foot with a high arch. I got the extra wide in hopes that it would fit well. My arch doesn't even touch the mid-section of the shoe. There is very little arch support. Also, as some others have stated the shoe makes a very loud "poof" sound when you walk as air leaves the plushy sole. I suppose it's worth it as the sole is very soft and comfortable. I'm not sure I could have gotten used to it though. The main reason I returned them is the toe strap seems to be in an awkward place. My toes don't stay under it. My pinky toe was constantly popping outside the strap. I'm glad I tried them out around the house first.

Great shoes. Very comfortable. The shoe pad is so soft. I wore them to Disneyland for 3 days straight. Never got a blister. Great price too!

Love these shoes for casual, everyday sandals. The first pair I bought made the loud hissing noise that others have complained about, but Zappos sent me another pair right away. My only complaint is that the front leather strap has started to curl up at the end. Overall, great sandals and very comfortable for walking.

These shoes are very similar to some I had in the late '70s that I wore out, two or three pairs. It's great to have them back, especially in a wide size. Price is right, too! My only complaint is that my coworkers tease me about the pfft pfft pfft sound of the air poofing out of the footbed as I walk down the hall, but it doesn't keep me from wearing them. Oh, yes, and there's not a lot of arch support, so I wouldn't want to walk on concrete all day in them, and they probably don't like to get too wet too often. But I still love 'em!

I wrote an earlier review about this same sandal in white saying it fit so well and was so comfortable I would order a pair in light brown if they came that way. Then I looked them up and there was one pair left in the light brown. The fit was identical between the two pairs which is a bit unusual in any brand of shoes these days. I love them both.

I love these sandals! I bought them in the cinnamon and black colors. They are as comfortable at the end of the day as they are when I put them on in the morning. They look good as casual sandals and dress up for work. A very good investment.

I received my Bass Joannes yesterday. They are wonderful! The padded instep makes this sandal the most comfortable I have ever owned. I travel a lot and need a comfortable walking shoe. I bought another pair of Bass sandals last year, which I loved. That is why I decided to purchase a Bass sandal again. This is now my very favorite and just bought the same sandal in another color today! You can't miss with this one. Attractive, comfortable and will last a long time; very well made.

A real winner! These sandals are so comfy you won't want to take them off! They are great in the Cinnamon if you want a little flair, otherwise the other colors are safely neutral. Very glad I bought these; a real winner in my book. Both straps are adjustable, the fit is great, and they are marvelous for walking distances. Buy them in every color.

Very comfortable from the beginning. My only issue is the black dye from the leather leaches onto my skin when it becomes damp from sweat, rain or humidity. It washes off easily, but makes my feet look dirty or bruised until I wash it off.

I have been a very satisfied customer for a few years now. I have a narrow foot and it is difficult to find good shoe that fit me in a regular shoe store or department store. My last purchase of three pair was actually for my 88 year old mother who lives in Florida. She had not bought a new pair of shoes in 2 years, for the same reason. She could not find anything to fit her. She also wanted something stylish and not orthopedic looking. I suggested we try Zappos. As she is not tech savvy and was leery of buying something she could not try on, I ordered the shoes for her, with the promise that we could send them back if she was not happy. They came the next day, no charge for shipping and she was thrilled. Perfect fit and great looking. Many thanks again for the great product and service.

My old favorite Bass sunjuns have returned! For years I wore these sandals all the time, until I couldn't find replacements anymore and the last pair wore out... The new Joanne sandals seem to be made just a bit different, but are still just as comfortable and good looking.

I bought these sandals in EVERY color because they are the only sandals that fit my 3 EEE feet. now these are EE but because of the buckel fit they do fit me. Here\'s the down side. The color on the leather rubs off on your feet. The bottoms do make an air noise but they are confortable. When walking a distance there is a a weird rubbing on the outside ball of the foot so be sure to adjust the buckel appropriately. or it will rub and your foot will hurt and almost feel like its burning when walking a great distance. \r\n\r\nAll those thing said i would recommend it and would buy more colors because they are very attractive and my other options are sandals looking like they built for a very elderly and impared woman.

I am always delighted when shoes marked narrow actually are narrow! Since ideally I need a AAA width these are just a bit loose, but when wearing them for several hours and watching my feet and ankles swell that is a good feature! They are very comfortable - good for going shopping, etc. If they came in a light brown color, I'd order that also.

Every purchase I\'ve made on zappo\'s has been first class service. My orders ALWAYS arrive within a few days (with the exception of Christmas time, may take a few more days, which is understandable) If any item isn\'t what I expected which again is rare, returning items is very easy with with zappos. I\'ve told all of my friends about this site and many have used it and loved it as much as myself.

Warning for Extra Wide, EE size!!! I have a very wide, chunky foot. **Ankle strap is tight-probably the same strap they put on all sizes and widths. **Front straps were plenty long, but the sole is very narrow. Big toe fell off the sole on one side and little toe and the whole side of my foot fell off the other. Bass makes one size, narrow sole, and merely puts a little more leather on to provide for widths. They do this for all their shoes.

Pretty red sandals -
I bought these in the red, which is a very nice color, a little darker than the cherry red they appear to be on screen. I have ridiculously narrow feet, finding sandals that fit and aren't completely ugly is a nightmare. I wear 9-10; I got these in 9 1/2 narrow. The size is perfect and the width is far better than usual. The leather is a little stiff but it feels as though it will break and mold to the shape of my foot. Overall I am very happy, and you can't beat the price.

I love Zappos!!!!! This is the most comfortable shoe. Simple design, comfortable, and true to size. Having a wide foot it is difficult to find sandals that are a good fit.This is a great walking shoe for the summer. I wear this sandal almost every day.
