I bought these for a trip to Italy. They were new, and I walked at least 6 hours a day. They were fantastic, even better than sneakers, and looked a lot better. I was most concerned about comfort, and they were great. I got them in my usual size, and they fit. I added Dr. Scholl's inserts for sport shoes because I needed a little more arch support. I would highly recommend them.

I believe these shoes run true to size. I'm really happy with them. They are a cross between a sneaker and a shoe. Very comfortable, great for walking around the city.

Too small, great look -
In my recent experience, Sesto Meucci is having trouble with their sizing. I wear 12M. This shoe is both too short and too narrow. I returned the tan, kept the black. I still have hopes of breaking them in, with the full treatment of socks AND shoe-eeze. Great styling!
