I like this shoe. Nice detail. Good casual shoe. I've always loved Hush Puppies. Having a wide toe area and narrow heel, it's hard to find a shoe that fits. My heel does slip out the back but a heel liner should solve that problem. I say moderate arch support simply because I have a high arch and I doubt if I will ever find a shoe that works in that area for me. Thanks Zappos!

These feel good, but look nice. The color works well in my wardrobe. It is the kind of shoe that is worth the money. Zappos is a wonderful way to shoe shop.

I thought this shoe would work for my wide toes, narrow heels and flat feet. The turned up toe is uncomfortable and very awkward feeling. The toe box is wide enough but it is thin and rubs the top of my big toe nail. With heel slip pads maybe my heels would stay put.

My first experience with Zappos was awesome! I ordered 2 pair of shoes just in case the other didn't fit or I didn't like them. Well, neither one fit and I needed another pair quickly! They sent me another pair within 2 days and I was able to have them for the the occasion I needed them for. I sent back the first 2 pair at no cost to me. The last pair that I ordered fit and I love them. I live in a rural town and have nowhere close by to shop for shoes, so this is what I plan on doing from now on. Shop Zappos! Great, quick service with great products!

I work in retail so am on my feet all day. These shoes became quite comfortable after a day or two (my standard break in time), and I wear them often. They are nice looking shoes to wear with slacks and not frumpy like some comfortable shoes. I have two other pairs of Hush Puppies. They are a great company!

I originally bought this style in black last year. After wearing them and receiving many compliments I decided on the brown. These are the most comfortable shoes, ever! the fit is perfect for me, size 9M. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. Even if you are, Zappos has free returns.

Awesome, very cute, very comfortable, I want to get them in black, too! Took a few days to break them in, but once I did very comfy. They are very supportive and I like the slanted wedge heel look.

Comfortable but soooo ugly.
These were a big bummer - I wanted silver flats that were comfortable and my usual sources for comfortable shoes (Ecco, Sofft and Geox) didn't have silver for fall. These fit well and were very comfortable but were clunky-looking and ugly in person (the leather looked cheap too). In black or a darker color, they might be better. The contrast between the silver body and black sole really caused the clunky look. Returned.

Cute shoe, dressy but casual. I bought the black which has a shiny finish. The size is true and I buy wide for a bunion and they seemed a bit too wide. Unfortunately, the cut off in the front hits the wrong spot on my foot, so they are not comfortable for long wear for me.

Nice looking shoe. A patent leather so they are shiny. They run big, almost a full size, and the wide width is wide.

Looks great, but VERY large heel -
Loved the look of this shoe, so much so when it came in and fell off my foot, I went down two more sizes to try to get a pair that fit before I gave up, it just wouldn't work. The heel is just far too wide. By the time you get it fitting tight enough to keep the shoe on, the overall size is too small for the rest of your foot.

Comfortable. I needed some "flats" and these have been perfect. I have a narrow foot and although they are a little wider than a normal 8N, they still are wearable. I love Zappos; they ship quickly, with no hassle returns.

Really cute shoe. True to fit. Comfortable in the heel. The trim around the strap is a lighter polished leather and the rest of the shoe is patent leather. The picture is a little deceiving. Still a very cute shoe.

Love these Hush Puppies! With thin socks or without, I can teach all day and never have any pain or blisters from the first time I wore them! Plus, even middle schoolers compliment me on them.

I love my new shoes! They're cute and have a nice arch support, and are very comfortable. The fit is almost perfect; they're a hair too long, but the width is just right. I think they will be very durable in the Minnesota winter and they are getting many compliments from my friends.

I would have loved to wear this shoe but had to return because the heel bed was not deep enough. My heel kept popping out of the shoe when I would walk at a fast pace. The toe bed fit fine and I feel like these would have been comfortable. The insert was cushion-y. Too bad, a very cute shoe for dress casual attire or to fancy up a pair of jeans.

So cute! I bought this in the pewter, even though I wasn't sure, and this did not disappoint! Really very stylish, especially for those of us 20-somethings who don't love heels but don't want to look dowdy. Perfect cross between a ballet flat and a wedge. Comfortable. I am considering getting another pair!

Thess shoes are soooooo comfortable. They do stretch out a whole lot. I ordered a pair that after I wore them, were too big. I inserted a pad and that did make them wearable once again. I since then ordered another pair in a smaller size and they are waiting for my current pair to wear out. Super comfortable, I wear them many times during the week. I am on my feet all day so I am always looking for flats that are stylish and comfortable.

Some days I work standing for 12 to 13 hours. I needed a comfortable, cute, closed toe shoe. This totally met all the requirements. Works with both pants and skirts. Very happy with this choice.

This shoe is very comfortable and cute in person. However it is definitely a half size too big. I always wear a size 8 (even when people advise to go lower in size) because my feet are so narrow. These 8's were literally slipping off my feet! The size 7.5 was perfect for me. Be wary as there's a bit of a shine that doesn't look like real patent leather. I waitress eight hour shifts and the rubber soles really help me not to slip. They're comfy and cute with pants.

Great pewter color. However, they were a little bit heavier of a shoe than I expected. I did return them, as I was looking for a lighterweight shoe. The shoe is very comfortable and the insole is very soft/cushy.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
