Great shoe and fast shipping -
WOW. This shoe is awesome. I was heading to New York and it was going to be snowing so I needed some nicer shoes rather than my old snow boots. I was a bit unsure if they would be warm enough and water resistant but they exceeded my expectations. And the fit was wonderful because I have a rather narrow foot in some parts and it conformed nicely. The leather is so soft and there was virtually no break in time. Even better than the shoes themselves was the wonderful woman I dealt with at Zappos when I placed my phone order. I told her that I needed the shoes ASAP since I was leaving in two days. She had them to me the next day! Amazing! She was so helpful. I am very impressed with Zappos. I will buy from them again and I hope I get the same lady.

I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
