These sandals are comfortable and just what I was looking for when going casual. I've received compliments on them. Because I have bunions, I ordered the wide width. They fit perfectly. Only drawback is the back strap could have a couple more holes to make it more snug.

This is my first Vaneli purchase and I love it! The style goes great with slacks, capris, shorts and skirts and is really comfortable. I ordered my usual size 6 1/2 and find it true to size. I can't say enough about Zappos...the service and convenience is unsurpassed.

Perfect brown sandal!
I finally found it after much searching! It is casual but not too casual, cute and comfortable. I can always count on Vaneli to fit my 9 narrow foot perfectly!

Once again, Vaneli hits a home run with this great sandal. The fit is true to size and the leather is beautiful. The shoe was instantly comfortable with no need to break in before wearing for hours. I loved them so much I've ordered another pair in the dark brown. If not for the Vaneli line, those of us with size 13m feet would not be so stylish this summer season. I love these shoes. Vaneli--make more in size 13s!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
