Shoes feel snug because of the fabric, but are comfortable and very nice if you must be on your feet at work. Soft sole; no clicking sounds when you walk.

The shoes are not only well-made, they're pretty! I cannot get over Zappo's QUICK SHIPPING. How do you do it? Also, if the fit isn't just right, returns for another shoe is made quick and simple. After all, buying shoes online is a big risk. Sometimes, even trying them on in a store, doesn't turn out right. I have nothing to say but good things about Zappos. Glad you're "out there", Zappos! You've made my life easier.

These shoes are not only comfortable and true to size, the design and style is terrific for anything I might want to wear with them. Very versatile and flippy but the heel bottom is a decent size so you don't have to worry about catching it and toppling over. I really love these and may order others.

I love these. I have one critique. They need an adjustable back. Technically I need a 1/2 size smaller for my one foot, so that would be nice to take up the slack. A metatarsal no slip pad is holding my foot back instead. The sole is stable and supportive, and the fabric is soft and comfy. I don't actually need all the extra height from the heel, but sometimes a heel is what works with the outfit.

Very disappointing - sling back does not stay on the heel -
These shoes are very cute and when I tried them on they fit fine. But the first day I wore them to work I discovered that the sling back does not stay up on my heel and there is no way to tighten it. The strap keeps slipping off, which makes the shoes hard to keep on my feet and very uncomfortable.

I received the navy blue BADA shoes and like the look of them a lot. Also, the heel height is just right. I am tall so high heels are unnecessary, not to mention uncomfortable, especially since I am experiencing problems with my feet. In the case of the Bada shoes, it turns out the right shoe rubs on one of my toes. Not the shoe's fault, but an obstacle to prolonged wearing and walking of the shoes. Zappos' service was A+++-no complaints on that score.

I'm very happy with this shoe. It fits true to size and is very comfortable for all day wear. And it’s very cute with jeans, capris, or a dress. I think it was a bit pricey in that you can get similar looking shoes much cheaper, but I have arch and foot problems so it’s worth it to me to pay more for comfort. Thank you Zappos.
