These are beautiful looking shoes. Brighton shoes are always striking. The fit is true. They are very comfortable and needed no break-in at all. Very nice looking with skirts as well as pants.

These shoes are great; look good & feel good. My feet are hard to fit since the left foot is a full size bigger than the right. So I fit the left foot & put padding in the right. I love Brighton, but local stores don't carry wide widths. This shoe is pricey but perfect & worth the money.

Brighton did an excellent job of producing both a comfortable and stylish moccasin. The rubber outsole is great for grip, especially in damp weather. I absolutely love these shoes. I also want to get a pair in pewter when color is available.

Classy shoe -
The double AA is not narrow enough for me. As a result, I have to wear socks with the shoe. I love the overall feel of the shoe. The heel is too wide for me even with the narrow.

Extreme comfort -
These are very comfortable shoes; however, they do not offer a lot of support. The heel is very small resulting in a comfortable shoe that feels almost like wearing slippers.

Good looking shoe -
When I looked on line to order the shoe I ordered my regular shoe size was a medium. I received it did not fit my feet good because of the soft leather. I ordered a narrow and it fit perfect. It is a little tight across where the silver eyes but the more I wear them they feel good. The narrow does not have bulges on the side like the medium.

It's difficult to find a comfortable shoe that also looks great. I have certainly found this in this shoe. I have been very appreciative of all the returns and adjustments I have had to do in the past. Thankfully, everything was A~okay with this pair which I absolutely love and had many compliments on. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
