I love the shoes and they wear very well. I couldn't believe how comfy they were because they seemed like they would be uncomfortable.

First, I have to applaud Zappos for their EXTREMELY rapid service. I placed the order for these at 4:30pm or so and received them next day - and I asked for standard shipping!!!! I was really impressed with Zappos, and that’s why I felt I had to write this review. The flip flops are very nice, look great, and are comfy for a short time. I found that my feet were very tired when I wore them for the entire day. That's because they are too slippery and don't grip your sole at all. My other flip flops - BCBGs- which have an even bigger heel are very comfortable all day long.

Super cute!!!
My daughter loves these. Her foot is a little bit on the wide side and she wanted the Juicy Couture flip flops, but they did not feel comfortable for her. I ordered these for her and she loves them and they she says they are very comfortable.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
