These shoes rock! I bought them to match my black and white dress late one night and they did the trick! Zappos delivered a day later and they were a bit tight as well, but I bought shoe stretchers because I am keeping these babies! Great investment and they can go with anything! Thanks Zappos for coming to the rescue!

I love this shoe! I bought the black and white. The only thing is that it didn’t in a wide and I believe a wide would be better for me for the box of the shoe. I did order a 9, but it was still tight in the box and yet loose everywhere else and flopping off my foot. The 8.5 is a better fit. I did stretch the shoe with a shoe stretcher and that seems to help. I am not used to wearing such a high heel, but I’m working on it. This is a sharp looking shoe and I get compliments all the time. If I could get an 8.5 wide, I would order this shoe in another color combo. And btw - Zappos CUSTOMER SERVICE is fabulous! Just can’t get any better.

Gorgeous Shoe!!
Love this shoe. True to size and fairly comfortable, after the first couple of times. Slightly narrow, but nothing some good elbow grease doesn't take care of. Really beautiful shoe for a good price.

Zappos the Best Shoe Store -
I placed an order for this shoe one late evening and much to my surprise I received the lovely shoe the very next day. The shoes were exactly what I expected and more once I tried them on for comfort. I ordered a size 11 which proved to be a little bigger than other shoes in the same size, but that's nothing that a cushion pad can't handle. The heel height was definitely not 3 inches it is more like 4 but very well made and comfortable. I paired them with a black pencil skirt and the look was fabulous! Great Customer Service AS USUAL!!!!
