Great boots for grandchild -
My little granddaughter loves her boots and is using them to splash in the puddles in Seattle. She likes the Hello Kitty cute face and they are perfect for her.

Shoe Arch: No arch support
Personally, the product is aesthetically pleasing, however, the comfort of the foot is not strong enough when little children don't like walking long distances.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
