I love my new bag! My new laptop fits perfectly in it. That part is padded nicely to protect the laptop. It has another zippered section with divider and pockets to hold papers, magazines, pens, cell phone, etc. I love the color/print (purple flowers). The purple matches my laptop cover. The quality and detail is exquisite.

	To the Zappos Customer Service Department: Yesterday I purchased my second pair of shoes from Zappos.com because I was extremely satisfied with first pair I ordered. The price, arrival time, and quality of that product were all wonderful. I wanted to thank whomever made the executive decision to ship my second pair overnight free of charge.
