Beautiful shoes that lengthen my leg optically. Run a little too narrow and opposed to the soft look of the knit design, the leather base the knit is mounted on is actually very stiff. Good quality workmanship, but a bit of a struggle to break them in. Maybe they last longer this way? Order bigger unless you have narrow feet. US size 8.5 is actually Euro 39.5 or 40 for length also.

Missoni Ballet Flats -
Great looking shoe - felt a bit stiff for first couple of wears. Hope they will soften up because they look so fabulous on. I got lots of comments when I wore them.

 | | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family. My sincerest thanks for helping my dad recover and come home to me. Barbara I. | | ~ Barbara I., September 29 2009
