I bought these shoes in a size 8 (38) because size 9 would definitely be too big. When they arrived, they felt a little tight but they were so cute that I thought I could wear them in. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The shoes are very uncomfortable after 3 days of wear. From the front of the shoe squishing my toes together, to the back of the heel giving me the biggest blister I ever had (!), this is the worst shoe purchase I have ever made.

Just a quick note to tell you that every time I call your company, the people I deal with are so nice. They are patient and helpful. Perhaps they should help the airline industry, in teaching good customer service, and manners. Your employees are the best.
