Stylish and wearable -
It’s been hard to find "big girl" flats that fit feet that are a 1/2 size different, but these shoes worked! Plus, they are comfortable and look darling.

 |  | I have recently purchased several shoes with you guys and want to congratulate your entire staff due to the extremely high level of service Zappos offers. I recently bought a set of Cole Haans used them for a couple of weeks and they started to bother my right toe, I called and they sent a new pair with no hassles, that's SERVICE. Many people always complain and fail to congratulate when things are done right, you guys are great, and I am letting everyone know that Zappos is the place to buy shoes.
