I ordered the size that is usually snug on my feet for this skimmer style. The shoe felt clunky and wide on my moderately slender feet. They made an unexpectedly loud sound while walking, despite flat rubber soles. They also squeaked terribly, but that sound might go away with use. Finally, the part where the elastic meets the leather began to rub on my bare feet. I am returning them, for a size smaller will crimp me heel to toe.

I ordered a size 8 medium width in the low tide color. The color is awesome. They are a bit wide and a bit long. There was no option in width size when I ordered. They slip on and off really easy and are quite comfortable. They have not been worn for any long period of time yet. That test is coming up soon when I don them for a flight to Cabo. I will wear them in the airport, so there will be a good deal of walking that day. For me, the roomier fit will be good because if my feet sweat and toes swell up, there still is plenty of wiggle room! The only negative on these shoes is the rubber insert. Every time I remove my shoes, the insert comes out with it. I actually had to hot glue the insert in. No biggie for me though. They are cute, comfy and stylish and can't wait to put them through the test.

I am size 10, have high arch and a very high instep. After reading the reviews I thought these were the supper flats that I had been looking for. To me "supper" is comfortable, sturdy, but not sturdy looking and can be worn with both jeans and a thinner pant or maybe even a dress. When these came in they looked bulky, not suitable for even a thinner pant and forget about wearing them with a dress. Also, they gave me blisters in the back of the heel and on each of my small toes. I can see them being comfortable for someone else but not on my feet I returned them and am planning to buy a black sneaker instead, the effect would be the same with a lot more comfort.

These are such comfortable and cute casual flats! I am on my feet all day and these shoes help me keep a spring in my step. They fit true to size and don\'t rub anywhere. Frequently, I have trouble with the backs of the shoes coming too high up my achilles tendon and thus giving me a blister. These flats do not do that. I highly recommend these shoes.

Cute but not for me - Really love the look and feel of these - ordered them in Black with the grey trim. I was not sure I would like the grey but I really do. I just cannot picture myself walking around in these all day. So I am returning them.

It took me a bit of ordering to get these in the correct size. I usually wear a 9, but 8.5 was the magic size! I love these shoes. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day and these are dressy enough and comfortable enough to wear to work - a tough combination to find. Way to go, Patagonia!

Great shoe, I would love to get it in another color. Very comfy, although no arch support so I put in an insole to help with that. I never got any blisters with them and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love these shoes! I ordered my usual size and width and they fit perfectly with absolutely no break in time necessary. If they came in white and a true red I would buy those, too!

Adorable, but runs small!
Going on the reviews, I ordered an 8, which is my usual size. I needed to return the 8, and an 8.5! I hope the 9 fits because these are really cute and comfortable. And although I generally need a wide toe box, these fit nicely. Not quite wide enough to warrant a "Felt wider than marked," but accommodating for a slightly wide foot.

Gilia - too big -
I ordered size 11 but they were much too big. I have never tried on an 11 that had so much extra room. They are very cute but too big to wear comfortably even with an extra insole. Had to return since size 10.5 was not available.

Pretty great basic shoes -
These ran a bit big on me -- I am usually a 10.5, but I found that they stretched soon after wearing and become a bit floppier than most other 10.5s I have. Generally, I like these shoes, but after a day of walking around Manhattan, my feet were tired -- they are great for errands but not the greatest for tourist feet!

Perfect Flat -
Great shoe! Super comfy, wraps around my Achilles tendon but is very soft so no discomfort. The only thing to note is that I got the baby blue color and it seems to be looking dirty sooner than I wanted...not a big deal though.

Adorable shoe!
I was concerned that this shoe might look too sporty or feel too rubbery for work. It's actually beautiful suede and looks quite stylish and sassy. I'm an 11.5, so had to order up to 12, so it's a bit loose, as I expected, but nice to have lots of wiggle room in the toes. Feels sporty, but doesn't look sporty. Not much arch at all, but easy to insert your own support inside.
