I bought this shoe for my 5-year old daughter for hiking. The traction is great for "off road" use and worked well on some steep canyon trails. The fit is good; she complained early about a pinching in the pinky toe, but after a short break in period the shoes have been great. From short walks to playground play to longer hikes, these shoes have withstood a fair amount of use and there is minimal signs of wear. I would highly recommend these shoes to other little hikers.

My daughter loves to wear this shoe and says that it's very comfortable. It's easy to get on and off, runs true to size, and it's very cute. Not clunky like some other athletic shoe styles.

I bought these for my daughter who HATES to tie shoes. We've tried other shoes like VANS and slip-on Converse - which were great but tended to stretch over time and become loose. These have stayed snug and she says the shoes stay cool because the mesh. Reece is really hard on shoes and these have held up nicely (so far). They fit right out of the box and there was no break-in discomfort. These also look great with her school uniform (the usual khaki and blue).
