My new favorite shoe ever -
I ignored the prior reviews of this shoe stating that it was uncomfortable since Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes always fit me so well. I also routinely wear shoes between 3" and 4" tall, so the 3.5" heel wouldn't be a problem. Holy crap, this is the most fantastic shoe and don't ever, ever let anyone tell you otherwise! The gloss on the patent leather and the dainty little suede scalloped trim are lovely. But it's that plastic geometric heel that makes this shoe really special. It's eye-catching but understated; it's old-fashioned but really modern. It's pretty much everything. There's also ample cushioning inside, so don't worry about your feet hurting unless you never ever wear heels. It feels like a freaking sneaker, I'm not joking.

Cute but OUCH!!
I love the look...very polished, love the lace up, but they are really too high, I agree with "Florida" would be better if heel were a 1/2 inch shorter. I cannot wear these anytime that I will be walking a lot. So that means I won't be wearing these much. ):

Wish they were more comfortable -
I love high shoes, but wish these were 1/4 to 1/2 inch shorter as angle between back of foot to front of foot is uncomfortable.

More like a shoe. Fine if you are used to wearing heels. I was able to fit in (due to the lace ups) with a wider foot. They looked better in person than on the site - a pleasant surprise. Nice details.

Sexy new shoes! I love the look! I'm not used to heels this high, which is partly the problem. But, one of the pairs I returned (though not as "sexy) were much more comfortable with almost the same height heel. Oh well, I will continue to wear them but only when I won't be walking too much.

 | | Dear Zappos. First: Let me express sincere appreciation and GRATITUDE to an organization that is STILL able to understand Customer Service. My contacts with Zappos personnel were informative, exceptionally helpful, etc. The process of exchanging for a larger size went without fault. Secondly: You carry a good product line. Again, many thanks for a job well done! Respectfully, Robert G. | | ~ Robert G., September 13 2009
