I ordered this sandal in the grass green and they are very cute, but pricey for the quality. They have no support and the footbed is very thin. The ankle strap is stitched carelessly and after buckling them a few times I am sure it will deteriorate.

	Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules! Tracy B.
