Zappos is great!
This is a nice looking shoe. Fits snugger than I would have wanted, but I have wide feet. Zappos is the best. I received these shoes extremely fast. Quick processing and delivery!

Beautiful and classy looking -
Beautiful, comfortable, but run big in width and length. Just ordered the half size down. Hope it will be good!

Super comfortable and they look great. I've been having heel pain, but not in these shoes! I highly recommend these.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
