	I bought almost a whole "winter wardrobe" from you in the last few weeks. And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
