My first Uggs - very nice!
My first Uggs - they're so popular with girls; didn't know they had men's shoes til I found these. EXTREMELY COMFY! Also come with optional furry insoles but I doubt I'll be using them in Nevada. I'm normally 11.5 in dress shoes, but needed size 12 in these.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Asics Shihan in brown, or Pradas for twice the price!

Got the brown pair at size 9. Learned my lesson from before when I got the Ugg Wyatt that these Uggs can be a little tight as I usually wear an 8 1/2. Anyway, it’s a great looking pair of sneakers that sort of look like the Wyatt but a little more edgy in a way. Arch support is the weakness as it really gives me moderate to no arch support.

I have called on several occasions to inquire about a product offered on Zappos, and each time I have been so pleased with the service I received. Each service rep was pleasant, informative and a joy to speak with. This is a rare quality these days. I commend you on the excellent job of hiring and training of your personnel. I also feel that Zappos has to be a reflection of the kind of person you are. The standard of excellence has filtered down from the top. Please keep up the good work.
