Great service, got these overnight! Great boots, too. First pair of Uggs though I have other sheepskin boots. Love the color (copper) and yes, get 1/2 to 1 size smaller. Size 7 fits my 7-1/2 to 8 foot just fine. Description says not for wet weather, but they should do great in cold, as long as they don't get soaked.

These boots are now my go-to shoe. I loved them from the minute I tried the boots on. They are a cozy treat for my feet. I will definitely be purchasing other colors!!

I ordered these on Monday morning (7-20) standard free delivery and they arrived today (7-21)! I normally wear an 8, but ordered a 7 and they fit great. I love the copper color. Uggs are hands down my favorite shoes and boots and Zappos is hands down my favorite company. The box has the words "packed with happiness" on it. They were received with happiness by someone who has been a customer of Zappos for several years and will be a lifelong customer. First and foremost, it is your customer service that keeps me coming back; the product is the icing on the cake.

The Perfect Footwear -
Warm enough that you don't have to wear socks with them, comfortable as a pair of house slippers, fashionable enough to wear in the streets and affordably priced. Who could ask for anything more in a shoe/boot? Note: I wear a size 8.5, and Ugg size 8 fits me perfectly. Women with large calves should not go any taller than these medium length Uggs.

Fun Boots -
This is my 4th pair of Uggs... love them all! (My last two pairs I ordered from Zappos.) Got them both AMAZINGLY fast. These boots do run large, so order a size down. The Classic Shorts are nice because they fit easily under boot cut jeans, the Classic Talls don't always fit.

Silver UGGS Rock!!!!
So I realize not everyone is going to wear silver metallic UGGS and feel comfortable walking around, but they had my name all over them and I get stopped ALL OVER by people telling me how cute they are "ON ME"! So one needs a little bolder personality to pull the look off...but if you can, DO IT... I'm 57 and my husband tells me I look like an adorable ROCK STAR with my Silver UGGS!!!!!

What is not to love about Uggs?
I got the gold- less flashy but still fun. Uggs are the best for fashion, comfort and warmth. I have other items by Ugg and love all of them. Zappos- what can I say excellent customer service- ordered these after 6PM central and they were at my door the next day!

The most comfy shoes I have ever had. I got them in Grey Parsley and they look very stylish. I wear size 8 and got these shoes in size 7, but they still felt a little large.

Fun and comfy!
Like all Uggs, these run large. They look great and my teenage daughter gets all kinds of compliments. They have been worn about a month now, including in some rain, and the metallic finish still looks brand-new. Really great if you want the comfort of Uggs with a little "flash".

I bought this boot for my 14 year daughter. Wouldn't have picked the metallic for myself, but she loves them. As Uggs do tend to pack out with wear, I ordered a size smaller than her normal shoe size. Zappos did a great job with delivery.

Based on it appearing in one of the fashion magazines I ordered in spite of a reviewer stating that she returned hers because of the quality of the leather. When they arrived I absolutely loved the style, fit and comfort. But I was troubled by the feel of the leather, and in fact returned to the site to make sure they were actually leather because they feel like plastic. I told myself that for the price they still look fab. But I ordered almost identical ones from BCBG for a bit more to compare and those are so very soft and smooth. No comparison, so these are getting returned. Thanks to Zappos for their policies on returns and free shipping because I can get what I want with confidence!!

Most comfortable boot ever!!! After reading quite a few reviews myself I was pleased with the choice I made. These boots are all purpose, they go with everything and they are very, very comfortable. You can even wear them in the rain without ruining them, unlike other Ugg boots. I get so many compliments on these. They’re a great buy, especially on Zappos. I got my boots 2 days after ordering. Just perfect.

Very comfortable and well worth the money. Remember to order at least 1/2 size down. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and had to order a 9. The only reason I gave the look 3 stars is because I think Uggs aren’t the most attractive shoes ever, but they are the most comfortable, so I try not to wear them in public too much!

Flashy!
THESE BOOTS RUN BIG!!! The recommendation that Zappos gives for ordering one size down from your regular size is absolutely right. I'm a women's size 8 normally. I own 4 pairs of UGG boots and have found that my 7s fit much better than my 8s do. I always have to double sock it when I wear my size 8s. I said that this shoe "felt a full size larger than marked", even though I ordered a size 7 because I want to let everyone know that these boots do indeed run a size big. These boots are too cute! Definitely what every teen girl is going to want this fall season. They are very shiny, which is why I chose the silver instead of the gold. You're sure to catch attention with these boots since they stand out so much! The material on these boots are different than the original classics... they're very slick. I'm guessing that these boots are also more weather friendly since they look like they will be able to endure the snow and rain without getting ruined. Shipping was SUPER fast. I don't think I've ever received a package that fast before. I ordered them on the 16th and they arrived on the 18th. The free shipping was also a plus!
