Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Feels good at first; hurts as the day goes on . . .
This is a shoe that has to be broken in. It felt "like buttah" at first, but as I wore them throughout the day the first time, the shoes started to rub and cut into my foot above the strap. I couldn't wait to take them off! The second time, it felt a little better. I like the look of the shoe, but I'm not too anxious about wearing them again.

Really Cute - Wish They Fit -
Unfortunately, I had to return this shoe. It is really cute, but it is very tight in front and loose in the back. The front is not just narrow, but was actually pushing down on my toes in a very painful way (and I bought the wide width). Too bad, because I liked the look of them very much.

 |  | I just wanted to say that I received an email from Zappos.com about a product I purchased last year. It mentioned that they had that shoe available in the size, style, and color that I had previously ordered. I went to the web site through the link attached and it was so easy to purchase another pair and just in time. My husband needed a new pair and we received the shoes 2 days later. It was awesome and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for such great customer service!!! I will continue to shop on your web site because of it!!!
