I bought these shoes in August. They are now broken. One of the little straps popped off. These shoes were great when I first got them. Took a little breaking in to get used to and they are pretty heavy. I only wear them at work, about 8-9 hours a day. I am on my feet all day long and they are really comfortable for that. I was really happy about the comfortability and the look. I wear a skirt and they look great with them. But they apparently do not have sustainability.

I can't get enough of this shoe. I was able to walk more than 1.5 miles with no problem. I ended up buying four pairs including a brown pair, black pair, and two more pairs for backups in anticipation of my originals wearing out. After about six months the elastic connecting the button to the strap gave out. I just went to the fabric store, picked up replacement buttons and sewed them back on.

Not good if you have a high vamp or arch -
If you have a high vamp or arch, skip these shoes. The strap is elastic but only stretches a small bit. Because of the way the shoe is constructed, it's impossible for your cobbler to add more elastic to give more vamp/arch room. The only option is for the cobbler to detach the strap and move it up on the shoe a bit--now I'm left with a strap that's too high and doesn't touch the top of my foot. I wish I'd returned them the first day instead of assuming I could make them work.

I was disappointed in this shoe. It did not fit me well, too supple in the heel. Maybe it is just my feet. I ordered a wide, which fit everywhere except in the heel. Shoes slipped when I walked. Sorry.

I was looking for a shoe that is dressy yet comfortable and this shoe is the one! The size is right, and is very comfortable! I got them the next day thanks to Zappos! I will be buying more from here!

Made wide foot look wider -
The Malta fit, and from the picture I like the maryjane styling. However, I have a big wide foot (11W) and it made my foot look very wide, so I returned it. If the sides were a little higher or it cut a little lower in front I think it would work better.

Appearances Can Be Deceiving...
This shoe wasn't as cute on my feet as in the picture (I have big but narrow feet, 10AA). Moreover, it didn't fit well--a little too long, way too wide, and the strap isn't adjustable, so unless your arch is just right, the shoe won't fit well.

Cute but didn't fit right -
Arch strap held w/ think elastic to buttons was way too loose. Could put my hand under strap. Rt foot ok, lt. foot very tight. I got 9W. I need wider toe area and low heels for Mortens Neuroma. Didn't walk around in them.

A very comfortable, stylish, and attractive shoe. No break-in was needed, wore them right out of the box! They add a feminine touch to my usual slacks, but I received lots of compliments when I paired them with a skirt for a holiday party last week. So they're very versatile! I might just buy another pair...

These shoes are the typical Clarks quality (high quality). They're comfortable and tidy. Mine are a size 10, and they are true to size. No guesswork with a Clarks shoe usually.

These shoes fit exactly true to size and have a nice arch in them. I bought the patent/suede ones and it is a beautiful combo. Only thing I might point out is that the shoe might not look good on someone with a big foot. Size 8 or smaller would look good.

I got a blister right away from the front opening, but now they're really comfortable. They've loosened up a bit, which is not good for me with narrow feet.

Seriously cute -
These were so cute (and comfy) in the brown patent - but I fear I'm going to have to return them. The 8.5W fit most of my foot well - but was *way* too loose in the heel. Felt like I was walking out of them.

Very pleased! I have a problem that requires a shoe with a good, secure feeling. I found this shoe to give me the support I need (I can't wear a heel too high, either) as well as looking stylish. I was so happy I ordered a second pair. Also, like many of your customers, I want to compliment you on your wonderful web site. Great for all day wearing - I got these shoes in the brown patent/suede and they were comfortable from day 1. Not the sexiest shoes ever, but definitely great for all day standing and work. I like the double strap at the top. Would recommend.

Fantastic Shoe!
I can put these on and wear them all day without any problems whatsoever. They look great and the little bit of heel works great with skirts and slacks. My new favorite pair of shoes.

Comfortable and professional -
This is a great show if you are on your feet most of the day. This shoe works well because it's very comfortable when walking or standing, even after 6 hours or more, yet it looks professional/business casual. It has good support and the softer sole and heel are very forgiving. It's a good look with slacks but would probably work for skirts as well.

COMFORTABLE!!
This 7.5 W career gal loves this shoe. I just received it yesterday in anticipation of standing on a trade show floor next week. I could have actually broken the shoes in at the trade show with no problem. I'm very happy with this product and recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and style.

They are comfortable for the most part. The straps at times dig into my foot where the elastic on the ends is located. Overall I think they are cute and comfortable. Great for a work day.

I have never spent this much on a pair of shoes before, but they are worth every penny. Lots of cushioning. They are great for the office with slacks or a pants suit - not too casual and not too dressy. I have the black leather and brown patent which is really sharp looking. Wish they came in navy.

This shoe is great for business casual, very comfortable, good support, straps are flexible so there's never any binding, and the heel height is enough to dress up without being too high for good foot health.
