Seems to run larger. I ordered the size 9W that I normally would wear, but they were a good 1/2 size too big. Loved the look of them, though. I'm going to order a smaller size, and keep my fingers crossed.

I love these shoes. They were a little loose in the heel, as I have a 6A heel, but it was easily solved with a heel pad. They look great, took very little breaking in. I wish they were available in more colors for a 10 1/2 AA!

This shoe looks very attractive and is quite comfortable but I will send it back because the sole is so slipery...looks like plastic, even when I tried the pair at home on carpet, I was not able to walk very well becasue of that issue.\\r\\n

Sloppy fit. I ordered this shoe in a 8 W and a 8.5 W hoping one would fit because I liked the stylish details of the shoe. Neither size fit. The 8.5 W came closest, but it was too loose through the heel and too tight in the toe box. I wore the shoes for less than 5 minutes and my large toe felt like it was really jammed into the front of the shoe. I think if it had been cut a little snugger through the heel and a little looser through the toe box, it would have fit better.

Trotters Naomi - very comfortable to walk in from the first time I wore these shoes. I got them in black and the leather is nice & soft...no blisters or rubbing!

Love this shoe! This is one of the prettiest shoes in wide width I've found. I love the design on the buckle, unique and feminine, and the elegant lines disguise the width. It is very comfortable and fits true to size.

Trotters Naomi - very cute and comfortable -
I received these shoes yesterday and was so excited when they turned out to be just as cute as they look in the photo. I wear a 9N and found these to be pretty true to size, though the right one does slip on my heel a bit (nothing that some insoles and a heel grip can't take care of though). The shoes are very comfortable, with plenty of room for my toes. My only complaint is that there's no arch support, but these are flats, so I wasn't expecting much.

Needs more padding on the bottom -
I love these shoes. They're adorable and super comfy. However, the sole is really thin and after two wearings, I noticed the leather on the front toe was scuffed at the bottom because the sole is so thin. Taking them to the shoemaker to have the sole reinforced.

With a D-width foot, I've had my share of let-downs, setting my sights on a lovely pair of D-width shoes that turned out NOT to be a true D width. It's very frustrating. These, however, are correctly marked and are a true D width. They are absolutely perfect, comfortable and good-looking. I am enjoying them immensely.

Cute and versatile -
I have been looking for some black flats to be a more stylish alternative to the Earth shoes that I wear almost every day. These are wonderful! I wore them to work today and couldn't stop looking at them... they are very cute and they make my size 12 feet look much smaller. I think they will also work well with jeans or skirts as well as slacks. They rub my big toe just slightly, but I think that will get better as the leather stretches a little. They do feel slightly wide, so I'm a little concerned that they may end up loose if they stretch too much. Other than that, these are a definite keep!

Cute shoe!
Very pretty, comes in lots of color combinations. A little snug in the toe in a size narrow, needed to wear a few times to stretch it out. Otherwise really comfortable and versatile.

My big feet look cute!
As a tall girl, I wear a size 10.5 to 11. I worry about how my large-size feet look. I never wear heels anymore and often find that flats are really boring looking and even manly. This comfortable flat shoe gives me just enough pizazz. I wore them for the first time at an event for work where I was literally on my feet all day. I brought along my boring, black worn- in flats just in case I had to change shoes. I never changed! I LOVE them and I thought I looked cute.

These shoes are really cute. Especially love the crocheted detailing around the shoe buckle. The first time I wore it I received many compliments. I also walked more than a mile in these and it didn't hurt my feet. Thinking of getting the other colors.

Having to wear wide shoes makes shopping a challenge. I tried this brand for the 1st time and this particular shoe was surprisingly comfortable. After wearing the 1st pair, I purchased 2 other pairs in different colors, and they are great. I can actually wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort. Great for work.

These shoes are adorable and the fit is perfect. I ordered wide and when I first put them on I thought they would be too long in the back and my foot would slip out but when I started walking I realized they were a perfect fit. My heel did not come out of the shoe when I walked and they are very comfortable. I wish they had a lot more colors!

These shoes are lovely. And so very comfortable. I am so sorry that they are not available in additional colors, e.g., navy! I hope they do become available in navy. Very pretty, neutral color shoe. Works well with both pants and skirts. Heel is very small; I foresee this as a problem to show wear quickly.

These are cute flats. I like the added details of a buckle and the animal patterned leather up the back spine of the shoe. Very nice. Took a tiny bit of breaking in but overall, very comfy.

Excellent casual yet dressy shoes -
My feet are "picky" about shoes, and I rarely order them online. However, after trying for weeks at local stores to find a pair of brown flats in my size (W's 11M), I ordered these online. I was able to wear them immediately with no breaking in period needed. My heels did not get blisters when they were new, and my toes were not pinched, either, which is rare. They are both comfortable and fashionable -- without being trendy. I liked them so much that two weeks later I ordered a second pair in black. Keep in mind that I normally wear Birkenstock clogs and sandals, so for me, these are "dress" shoes, and for me to say they are comfortable is saying something, given what I am used to wearing.

Poor Quality!!
I ordered this shoe, hoping it would be my work shoes. However, after only wearing it for 2 weeks in an upscale office environment, the toes are so scuffed & marred that they cannot be repaired. The top layer of the material came off at the toes and shows the white backing below it. I did order the shoes 1/2 a size too large, which is my fault, but the toes should not be scuffing like that. I am VERY disappointed in the quality especially since I spent way more than I usually do on these. Also, the shoe made my feet ache since they really have no cushioning and no arch support. The only positive thing about these shoes is there was plenty of room for my toes, which is something I have a problem with usually. I ended up going to Rockport Shoes, spending a little more and getting something that was supportive and sized right.

Cute flat with comfort -
This shoe fits exactly as the size indicated. When first tried on I thought it was going to be too large on one foot. After wearing in the house for a few hours, I determined this is a comfortable flat, cute for the office without a heel (which I cannot wear due to arthritis). Sweet!
