Do not buy these boots unless you want to wear them one time only! They fit true to size, but they are not good quality. I wore them to work every day for 2 weeks and now they are falling apart. After just a few days, one of the buttons fell off. Now all the material around the heel has peeled off too. I work a desk job in an office so the shoes have not been in any sort of stressful environment. They are WAY overpriced for the quality of shoe you get. These shoes are a waste of your money.

I have a really hard to fit foot, wide with a high instep so boots are next to impossible to buy. These fit surprisingly well. I was so excited to find boots that fit that I overlooked the fact that these are really low quality in look and feel. I wore them once, not only were they extremely uncomfortable they looked really cheap. Don't waste your money.

I received these shoes with gratuitous expedited shipping. They are pretty and comfortable! I have had such a problem getting shoes to fit. I have an arthritic spur on the right foot that I thought was a bunion. So, low cut shoes will not fit. Zappos has been so wonderful in allowing me to try sizes and shapes, and to return those that did not fit. I bought this shoe in a 9WW (E) because of the tapered toe box. THANK YOU, ZAPPOS FOR THE INCOMPARABLE SERVICE.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I also recently bought a very attractive pair of Bouquets slingbacks.

I love these shoes. The look is wonderful and this is the second season I have purchased a pair. However, the heel tip on this particular pair was not sturdy and broke the first time I wore them.

Not impressed with this shoe -
I have also had issues with this shoe. The first pair I purchased, the heel broke at work the first day I wore them. Good thing I had another pair of shoes at work! Zappos was great and sent me another pair. The first day I wore that pair, again at work, a large piece of the heel chipped off. I probably could have had that fixed, but I figured if Zappos was willing to take them back, then I would just be done with this shoe! I also noticed they feel narrower than marked, but thanks to Zappos for providing great customer service!

This shoe looks great but doesn't feel great! They killed my feet the first time I wore them but after sitting in my closet a while I decided to wear them again. Not only did they kill my feet again, the heel broke. I definitely don't think these are made that well however I do own other shoes by Annie that I haven't had issues with.

Cute, but...
These are really cute shoes! When I slipped them on, they felt a little wider than marked, but I figured I'd be wearing them with thick socks. I waited months until they had my size, so when I finally got them, I wanted to wear them right away. Big mistake! My feet were killing me so badly that I went home to put my flip flops on! The pain has kind of scared me away from wearing them since, unfortunately. I recommend breaking these puppies in with a thick sock, with a possible gel insert. They will definitely return on my feet soon; they're too cute not to!

Cute, but lacking in comfort -
These are every bit as good looking as I'd hoped they'd be. The sole is strong, doesn't leave scuff marks, and is pretty slip resistant too.
However, there is NO padding in the bottom of the shoe, under the ball of your foot, whatsoever. After only a half an hour or so of walking, my feet feel like they've been on concrete all day.
The heel, however, is comfortable, the shoe box roomy enough, and the upper wore in quite nicely to accommodate. Overall, a great shoe...but not something to buy if you're going to be standing all day.

Pretty great shoe!
Really like the look of this shoe. Great with trousers for work and looks great with jeans as well. Quite comfortable to wear all day without a thought. I even do the 10 minute walk to my office in them and for me that's a big deal. At first I thought the heel was too wobbly-but it rarely bothers me now. I even bought a second pair in the brown micro suede! I am usually an 8 1/2 or 9 W. I got these in a 9W which is perfect. As always-I LOVE Zappos!

Classy shoe -
I purchased this shoe in burgundy (which in suede is really beautiful) and I'm so impressed with the classy look and total comfort. It's pointy in the front for style but well-designed so that it doesn't squeeze. The heel is a perfect height to wear all day. I run between a 7 and 7.5 and thinking it was pointy I'd need the 7.5. I ended up sending it back and the 7 was perfect. Also, there is no beating the customer service and completely simple return/exchange policy "thank you Zappos- you're the best". Overall, a completely fantastic pair of shoes!!

Very cute shoe, not of the highest quality but worth the price. My only complaint is that the top of the shoe, closest to the ankle rubs against the upper side of my foot( the right foot). I haven't worn them out yet but I am thinking of taking them in to see if I can get them fixed. I think if I wore them for an extended time, that section will be abrasive.

This did not fit like a wide. I can probably wear them for a while and they will stretch. They were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. They do look great though!!

I love the shoes! Usually heels are not comfortable but these are the exception. I can wear these all day. I have gotten many compliments on them. They look great with dress pants or jeans. This brand is my favorite; I have several different pair by Annie.

Great looking shoe - This shoe is really stylish but I had to return them because the area close to the ankle or top portion of the shoe was too wide. I have a big foot (size 12) and it is difficult to find stylish comfortable shoes. Annie's are usually great but sadly this was too loose.

Stylish and Affordable - Love these shoes bought them in brown too. I knew I would need wide width because the B width would be a little tight for my foot. I was right and they are comfortable. They are stylish and have good quality leather. They look great with jeans. I have bought Annie before and am satisfied with the quality and cost of their shoes. Here's a helpful hint; keep the paper that is stuffed in front of shoe when not wearing, keeps the leather tight and smooth.

The perfect trendy shoe - This shoe will not last more than maybe 2 seasons, but I will enjoy it greatly until the pair dies. They are in style, comfortable and good looking. I walked quite a bit in them the other night with no ill effects. They are a good height. I thought I couldn't wear a heel this high without pain in my big toe joint, but they were fine.

Great shoe - This is the first time I ordered from Zappos. I couldn't believe how fast I got my order. These shoes are great. They look great with my jeans and are very comfortable. The heel is not too high so they are very comfortable to walk in. I ordered the wide even though I do not have a wide foot because of the shape of the toe on these shoes. I am glad I ordered the wide, they seem to run a little narrow. If you have a wide foot get the extra wide. Overall I am really happy with this shoe and would recommend it. Very stylish.
