Quick shipping and product was just as advertised. I am very pleased with the fit and comfort of the shoes. They are my first pair of Eccos, but will definitely not be my last.

Wore these shoes one day and I agree with the comments of the previous 3 users. The shoes are very light and the sole is so thin you feel what you are walking on. If they thicken the sole, you would have an excellent shoe. I do not think these were thoroughly tested for walking. There is a tendency because of the slope of the insole (high heel cushion) for the foot to move in the shoe towards the front of the shoe as you walk.

Long time Ecco patron. Have owned multiple pairs of wonderful Ecco shoes. I have to say that these Eccos are lacking. They look great, but I think they are difficult to walk in.They offer very little heel and arch support which is unusual for Eccos. If you only want fashion you will be fine, but if you want performance you may be disappointed. Zappos is great! can\'t believe how fast shoes are at the door!

The shoes are true to size. Size 11 is actually size 11-11.5 so they feel just a little larger than what I normally wear. I like the looks and they are comfortable. The only reason I give them 4 stars for comfort is because walking on gravel you can feel the rocks. With that being said it amazes me how much support and how they feel on smooth surfaces. Great for driving or hanging out. Running or walking great distances is not something you would want to do though. The color is a little bit darker than the picture. As always, great service from Zappos.

Comfortable, good fit, true to size. Sole is a bit thin so I wouldn't define it "performance" oriented i.e. not for running. Good all around shoe with all day comfort.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
