I love these shoes. They offer the support of a running shoe, but can be worn on far more occasions. I material looks a bit odd online, but I am used to the fake leather of the straps and love it now.

I received these Birks yesterday. They are my second pair. Let me just say that I LOVE them. They seem much less chunkier than other Birks. The silver is very classy and goes with lots of clothes. I have worn them once and they seem comfortable. Like my older Birks, they probably need to be worn in before they are super comfy. Great purchase and super fast shipping. Gotta love Zappos! Oh, definitely size down as these fit a size bigger.

I love these shoes! I read others\' reviews prior to buying these for myself and they held up to their reputation. I bought these for a trip to Italy and I walked everywhere in them, I even did some hiking in them. I never had any blisters or sore feet. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes worked wonders. I highly recommend these sandals. I am a mom with three small children so I am on my feet a lot and these shoes go great with shorts, jeans, and even some casual skirts. If you are hesitant to buy them, don\'t worry, you will love them too. I tried on about 30 pair of shoes prior to buying these, I am very picky and again these did not bother my foot at all!

Super comfortable shoes. Took about 2 days to break in, no blisters. They are comfortable 95% of the time, which is awesome. I wish I had them when I was walking miles and miles a day in Europe. I have back problems, and these are the only sandals that have not caused me excess pain. They are also great for my pronated feet. I can wear them about 90% longer than regular sandals without arch pain. The little toe part is comfortable and helps keep my toes from trying to grab onto the sole. And the adjustable straps are great for narrow footed people. Though I don't think they are the most attractive shoe, and somewhat boyish, in comparison to other Birks these are very nice looking. I just have really narrow feet so they look kind of wide, but I've gotten used to them. Other than those minor issues, I highly recommend them and I am considering a pair of clogs for the fall.

Great sandals. Comfy right out of the box, have been wearing them every day since. Not solid leather. There is a thin leather surface to the straps covering felt. This must contribute to them being as comfy as they are and prevents chaffing but it makes me wonder about their durability. I have been wearing them for about a month now and they have held up well so far. A really flattering style. I wear a size 7 shoe and was surprised to see that the size 26 fit best. The 27 was too big.The only thing that would make me give a higher rating overall would be if they had a more substantial leather strap.

I've been wearing Birkenstocks for a year now, and they're truly my favorites, especially in terms of comfort. The arch support is superior. The patent leather styling of these shoes also works well for me at work. I was a little concerned that the toe strap would rub, but that hasn't happened, and I had no problem breaking them in. The fit is consistent with other Birkenstocks.

I have big feet, so I often have difficulties finding shoes my size at the shoe store. Zappos allowed me to search by my size, and I was delighted to actually have a lot to choose from! As promised, my shoes came to me quick! They fit me perfectly as described. Anyone looking for a comfortable sandal must give Birkenstocks a try.

Love the super-fast shipping!! The sandals are a little more "golden" than I thought from the online view but still go with a ton of my stuff-wear LOTS of brown/jeans (I\'m NOT a UPS employee :) ). Very comfy!!!

I love this shoe! This is my first pair of Birkenstocks in many years, and only my second pair in my life. The Zappos reviews helped me decide to order a size down from my usual size. I wasn't 100% sure at first, but since it's a sandal, it works great. I wanted something super-comfortable, but cute enough to wear with a skirt, and this definitely fills the bill. I have chronic plantar fasciitis, and my podiatrist recommended Birks. I have had far less pain in the mornings since wearing this shoe. Also, before I got them, I kept changing my shoes all the time, at least every other day, and sometimes twice a day. Now I just wear these every day. Am thinking of getting another pair, or maybe moving into a closed shoe for fall. I'm thrilled!

These shoes are cute and quite comfortable! I wanted a sandal with great arch support and these are definitely it! The only thing I don't like is that after a couple hours they do start to rub on the inside of my arch, nothing intolerable though, not even enough to cause a blister. I would definitely buy Birkenstocks again!

I\'m sad to say these shoes just killed my feet. I bought them for a trip to Ireland and was so sad when I had to buy another pair of shoes on the trip because these were so painful. The arch hits my foot in the wrong spot and causes a ton of pain. They felt fine inside when I tried them on, but after an hour on pavement I was limping. \r\n\r\nZappos\' service is amazing and I will certainly continue to shop with them. I just wish these shoes worked out because they are super cute and I got lots of compliments.

Off I went looking for a pair of really comfy summer sandals that I can just slip on and run the day with. Nobody would be more unsure about Birkenstocks, I mean, come on, they look like caveman shoes! Then I saw this strappy shiny one and thought, "hmmm..." I bought them, put them on and they were stiff. Kind of hard on my feet, but cute. A hippie friend said "Birkenstocks take a little getting used to, they will mold to your feet in a week or two". They are so easy to slip on that I found myself choosing them every day on my errands and running around the house. Next thing I know, they become a part of my body! I cannot take these things off! The most surprising part of all is that the silver is still shiny and looks wonderful after some serious wear. They don't look like aluminum foil, but nicely special. They look just great and the fit is great, if not a pinch large, but I think that's normal to the shoe. They fit like glove and have those adjustable straps. CaveMan shoes no more!

Birks are the favorite of the mommy set in Brooklyn during the summer for good reason--they\'re incredibly comfortable and now that Birkenstock offers some cooler colors and more up-to-date styles, they\'re not just Jerusalem Cruisers (Air Jesus, insert your own Birkenstock joke here...) anymore!

Love my Birks. Was a little concerned the silver metallic might be too shiny and flashy, but the color is a more muted silver. Can wear with almost anything for summer. True to size and very comfortable fit, as always! Also, this was my first purchase from Zappos and will definitely purchase again, great customer service and very quick shipping.

These Birks are very comfy, as usual. They seemed a tiny bit larger than the size marked, and I would call the color closer to olive brown rather than golden brown. However, I\'m happy with them.

I bought these shoes because my regular shoes were becoming a bit tight due to pregnancy. I needed a summer shoe that was comfortable and stylish. These sandals are both. So comfortable I wear them everyday (no break-in period) and they go with everything. Very pleased!

The most wonderful shoe with great support. I have MS and need a stable, flat shoe, but will not give in to orthopedic looking shoes. The silver color is beautiful and goes with anything. Also have the exact pair in hot pink. For me they run a size too large so I buy the 6-6 1/2 size and normally wear a size 7.

I\'m not usually a Birks fan, but I LOVE these!\r\n\r\nThe straps are super adjustable and the arch hits just right. \r\n\r\nWhen I ordered them I thought I was getting a warm brown color but when they arrived they were a bronze-y metallic color. Not super metallic though - just be aware that the pictures don\'t really do the real colors justice.

Ok. Not the sexiest shoe, I know. But if you do a lot of walking to get around the city like I do and engage in a lot of physical activities to begin with, your body will thank you at the end of each day. These are the most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever owned, they give total support so it preserves and protects the health of your back, knees and of course, your feet.

A friend of mine has a pair of these and after admiring them a couple of times, I ordered a pair for myself. I\'ve had Birkenstocks before, so I was familiar with the footbed, but I love the style of the straps on the Mayari! I find that the toe loop makes them very comfortable to wear. My toes don\'t want to curl the way they do when I\'m walking in flip flops. After wearing these almost non-stop I ordered a pair in black because I like them that much! I also get tons of compliments on them! These are the perfect summer sandal I\'ve been looking for!

These sandals are comfortable and very attractive. Look good with shorts, jeans, or skirts! It\'s great finding a pair of sandals that do not need broken in before wearing.

Finally cuter Birks! I have wide feet with bunions on the little toe side, and I get ankle pain without enough arch support. So good shoes are so hard to find! I got the brown/gold color, and I love the fit and style of these Birkenstock's. The color to me is really more of a bronze. Metallic sheen but not flashy or sparkly. You can still see the cork bed below, but the tops are so much prettier than regular Birks! Took a day or so for them to form perfectly to my feet, & had to adjust top straps after they loosened slightly. I usually wear and 8.5 D, and the size 38 fit well, though my bunion did press into the side uncomfortably for a few days until I broke them in. Now ordering in silver!
