These Uggs are the cutest ones I have ever seen. They are even cuter in person than on the computer screen. Fit is true to size. The zipper seems to be made very well and zips down easily, but you can get your foot in and out of them without undoing the zipper. My only concern is that you would stretch them out by doing that. The grey fur lining is the softest thing you have ever felt. Only downside is that is rubs a little on your heel from the placement of the metal logo plate on the outside- but maybe it’s just a matter of breaking them in. Nothing too major. Would recommend them for anyone! Black is the way to go...

I really love my new Ugg Knightsbridge boots. I read other people's review's before ordering that you should order 1 size smaller than what you normally wear. This was very good advice as I normally wear a size 6 and the size 5 I ordered fits perfectly. I also read other people comments about the zipper feeling uncomfortable on the back of your heal. I have had no problems with the zipper and I can't even feel it when I am wearing my boots. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase!!

These boots are alright. I was expecting them to be pretty much perfect for the price, but they were a little disappointing. Yes, they are wonderfully warm and believe me, I was sure glad I had them for -30 degree wind chill days standing at the bus stop. But one of the boots seems to have a hole, and it was only the 3rd time wearing them that I noticed snow would seep in and make my toes wet. For the money I expected a lot better craftsmanship. Also, apparently you\'re supposed to be barefoot while wearing these, which is nice and comfortable I will admit, but the claim that they "wisk away moisture" doesn't work for me. My feet are soaked after a whole day of wearing them in cold weather. I guess I have sweaty feet. But overall the style of it looks better than the usual UGGs. They are nice and snug and I never had any problems with the fit around my ankles. Although for the first few wears the zipper did rub on my ankle a bit, but it went away after that.

I bought these in chestnut and they look so much better than the classic UGGs. I wore them out once and walked all day in them. At first, they were comfortable, but these boots are not made for walking all day. I usually wear a 7, and I got these in 7 and fit perfectly. No need to order size up or down. I do have a zipper problem though. It's hard to zip up and down, but maybe when I break them in, it'll be easier to pull them up and down. These are definitely more stylish than other UGGs and I'm very glad I got them. I love Zappos!!

Love my Uggs so comfy!!!
I love my Uggs they are real comfortable and cute. The back zipper does not bother at all as I had read before. When you purchase before to buy a half size down so if you are a 7 1/2 buy a 7. I still have a half size in my boot.

The best winter boots -
Normally I had to wear one or pairs of socks with any boots in winter time and still my feet would get cold and I used to have painful foot cramps. This was the first winter I did not have any of those problems. The UGG's are so comfortable, super warm (no socks needed at all), soft and luxurious. I bought a short version of UGG's as well, and both worth every penny.

Bad zipper but cute Uggs -
The zipper is pretty uncomfortable and ended up breaking within the first month of purchase. Zappos replaced the broken pair with a new pair that is working our better. Not sure if that are worth the price tag, but they sure are cute! Run a little big I am usually a 7.5 or 8 and 7 fit perfect.

Love these! I have the Knightsbridge in chestnut... I love the look of the boot; it is much more tailored than the classics. The zipper on the back is a nice detail, but it digs into the back of my foot if I don't wear socks (which is just as well, as I find the sheepskin scratchy on my bare feet). These definitely run large - I usually wear a 7.5-8 and I ordered a 7 in these, which fit great. Another plus - my calves are really skinny and these actually fit! There is enough room for me to tuck a pair of jeans in, but not so much room that it leaves a big gap between my leg and the boot. As a whole, these are my favorite pair of boots - very cute and pretty comfortable!

Love my birthday boots!
My parents gave me money to order any Uggs I wanted... I wasn't into Uggs anymore, but I didn't have the heart to tell them, so I searched for some and found these. The cut was more stylish, in my opinion, than the bulkier, traditional Ugg. They are super warm and comfortable and I didn't have any problem with the zipper being uncomfortable as some reviewers did. My calves and ankles are pretty narrow so that could be why. I don't even use the zipper--just slip them on. At any rate--I love these boots! And they got here SUPER fast--I love ZAPPOS!!

Awesome Boot -
I have been wanting Uggs for so long and Zappos had the best price. They are so comfy and really hot! I wore them to work with my skinny jeans and all the girls (even the ones that said they didn't like Uggs) - yeah they luved em to. No problem with the zipper fit so nice, I don't want to take them off... and they're UGGS!

These boots are true to size {despite reviews I had read} and are soo comfortable and keep your feet incredibly warm. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on them and love the way they fit.

I love these boots! My second pair of Ugg's!
I really love these boots, but I do agree with a lot of the other reviews- they are a tight fit, and the zipper is a little hard to break in- but, with skinny jeans or yoga pants- they are awesome! Once they are worn a few times- they're great! I did order a size down and they fit perfect- I learned this with my other pair.

Great Boots -
I'd resisted the Ugg trend for many years, but I really wanted some warm boots, so I gave in finally. I'm very pleased with these boots. They are warm and I love the dark brown. They go with everything and don't show any dirt. Very nice suede and wonderfully warm and toasty inside. I will buy more when they go on sale!!

Love my boots!
These boots are comfortable and warm. I get compliments on them and love wearing them. I am a size 8.5 but ordered an 8 based on recommendations and they fit perfectly. They are a little stiffer than the classic UGG boots, but still very comfy. Pricey, but worth it.

I have two other pairs of Ugg's and I’ll be honest, those are far more comfortable than the Knightsbridge. That said, these are really cute and I love them. They are stiffer, so be prepared.

Love these boots!
I ordered the 6 and usually wear a 6.5 in other shoes, and they fit perfectly. I don't have a large calf, and these were awfully snug, but they've stretched a bit. I did have some trouble with the zipper rubbing the back of my heel, but after a few wears it doesn't happen anymore. SO warm and toasty!!!

Nice Boot!
I like these boots. They are comfy and so nice! I haven't worn them a whole day yet as it gets dusty here in Kuwait this time of year, but when I put them on they were hot! I am not sure they will fit around skinny jeans, but they looked really cute with leggings. I am going to get the brown ones next!

Perfect...after a couple of wears -
As soon as I opened these I was in love, they look great and are super cozy. After wearing them all day and walking around, however, the zipper was digging into the back of my heel. I was really sad that I might have to return them, but I stuck it out and after a week of wear that zipper finally "broke in"...now they are the comfiest ever. I think my calves are normal size and I have no problem wearing these with skinny jeans too. Love 'em.

If it wasn't for the zipper -
These boots are so good looking, even on a women's size 12. The zipper is what really makes the look. However, other reviews stated that the zipper rubbed against the top of your heel and it hurt. Well, I ignored the reviews. Guess what, the zipper hurts. I have to put a bandage on before wearing. But they sure look good!

Ugg Knightsbridge boot -
I loved the look of the knightsbridge and really wanted some warm boots. I must say they are somewhat inconsistent and it was a struggle to get a pair that worked for me. The first pair had a defective zipper, the second felt too small even though it was the same size, the next pair had very course, itchy sheepskin and finally I have a pair that is a little shorter than all the previous pairs but has a good zipper, soft sheepskin and fits me. As far as size goes I usually wear a 9 but the 8 fit perfect (except for the small pair). They are a little stiff in the ankle at first but they are breaking in. I would say pretty much no arch support but I guess that's how uggs are. These boots are great for skirts and leggings because they hug your calves. It would be impossible to tuck jeans (even skinny ones) into this boot in my opinion and I have skinny calves. So in the end, I do still love these boots. I wish they were a little taller but decided this thing had to end. At least they had all the other important features like zipper function, fit, and soft sheepskin. Zappos is the BEST and was great. I have no complaints in that department. Love the fast shipping and great customer service. So beware of these boots. They are very nice IF you get a good pair.

I bought these because this winter has been so cold and nasty and I wanted something cozy for my feet. I really don't like the look of Uggs but these are slightly different and look nice. My 9 year old has practically taken these over though...

Ugg's Knightsbridge -
This is my first pair of Ugg's and I will probably buy more. They def. keep your feet super toasty. This style is more form fitting and flattering than traditional Ugg's. The zipper sticks a bit at first (needed help getting them up) but after a few wears they got better. I wish they had more arch support but oh well. Wider than most boots -fit OK over my thicker thighs even with jeans tucked.

Good everyday sport Boot -
This is a vey comfortable boot to be worn anytime. They are so comfortable. They do need some arch support, though (supports from the drugstore would be fine).
