Not as cute as I had hoped. Look at bit more functional than fun. Go a 1/2 size down. They are quite wide. I always wear the exact same size and bought these in my usual and now they are flopping around. I tried tightening as others suggested but no luck. If you have wide feet you'll be psyched about these.

Super cute and comfy!
I'm glad I read all the reviews for size wise, these are very true to size. I'm a 9 - 9 1/2, I have Clarks originals in a mary jane in a 9 also and they are also perfect. I just got these but they are so comfy and cute, I can't even explain how cute they are. I got the taupe ones and I'm going to return the Keen ballet flats I got and get another pair of these in black, they are that cute. And I love the crepe soles, they are really comfy to walk on, kind of bouncy. And those of you with wider feet like me, you'll love these! Big thumbs up from me...

Awesome. All I can say is this shoe was perfect. I recently had bunion surgery on one foot and I have to wear dress shoes to work. I have utilized Zappos to the fullest. I finally found this shoe and it is everything it could be. The shoe is soft, nicely padded, doesn't hurt my surgery, and is adjustable. I just wish this shoe came in a light brown.

Cute, stylish, COMFORTABLE shoes! Love these shoes. They run true to size and make my 8 1/2 feet look tiny. The dark gray color stays looking clean…I totally recommend.

Awesome shoe - I really love this shoe. It was loose when I first wore it but I just tightened the leather cord that ties in a bow on the toe and now they fit perfectly. They were unbelievably comfortable the first time I wore them. I got the red ones and they look really good with any kind of neutral or black outfit, giving it that punch to make it interesting. It's a really rich red, a crimson really.

Very cute and comfortable - feels like a soft leather glove on your foot. I wish they were a little cushier. The taupe is a darker brown than it appeared on screen.

This shoe is cute, but even cuter on your foot. It seems to run true to size... a 10 is a 10. It does run a bit wide, but I have a wide foot so it's all good. I think the arch support is excellent. I bought two pairs.
