Cute & Comfortable -
I love Privo and this shoe is another great example of fun (mine are purple), sporty, and REALLY comfortable. I'm on my feet most of the day and need lots of cushion b/c I have a high, rigid arch. These shoes fit the bill and they are great for a mild winter in the bay area b/c they cover the foot, unlike my other Privos.

The BEST pair of shoes I have ever owned -
I wear these shoes almost every day from fall through spring. They are so comfortable. I used to wear Merrills all winter, but these are so much more comfortable. They slip on easily but are very cool-looking. They almost feel like you are wearing nothing. They are supportive and very durable, yet feel like slippers. I have last year's version, but they look very similar to these. They look great with jeans. You MUST buy them!

Wearing them every day -
I sent back a pair of dressy Asics sneakers before I bought these, but these are perfect. I wear them every day. They don't have a lot of arch support, but I'm picky about that & I can live with what these have. The toe half of the shoe curls up, which I found annoying when I first tried it on, but soon I stopped noticing it. Very cute shoe; I get lots of compliments.

I love these shoes. They slip on and support my feet all day. The only negative is lack of much arch support. But, my feet do not get tired. These have improved fit over my 1st Privo's I purchased in spring 2007.

First pair of Privo’s; disappointed -
The look of this shoe is great - stylish but also looks like a great walking shoe. Unfortunately, the comfort level does not match the level of style. There's NO arch support and the base of the shoe feels flimsy, so it doesn't support your foot when you walk and your foot bends. I just wore them around the house for a couple hours and my feet were starting to hurt from the lack of support. Love the look, but have to return them. The also run big - 1/2 size or more.

 |  | I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Every company has issues once in a while, yet Zappos always comes out on top. This letter is to Zappos' employees for outstanding service! I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees. Now I feel I can get out on this gorgeous sunny day, enjoying the park and all the beauty God has placed before us. Thank you Zappos for brightening my day and making my heart smile.
