I ordered these shoes a couple of months ago. They are true to size. I have a hard time finding narrow shoes to fit me, and these are working out great. It only took a few times wearing to break them in. They are very comfortable, and the heel height is not too flat.

I am a 60 year old with a bad hip and back, so I appreciated the size of the heel on this shoe since I needed something somewhat dressy for a wedding. The shoe was a little narrow in the toe box, but nothing like other shoes I have purchased before! I was able to wear them and dance in them longer than any other shoes I have bought the past few years. I bought a regular width shoe, size 9, and the shoe itself was a touch big but ok. Perhaps I could have used a wide width shoe, size 81/2...or 9. Hard to say. Think I should start considering wide width for comfort sake. Will go to a local store just to experiment. Attractive shoe...will wear other than for wedding! Hooray for Zappos! They saved this last minute decider/orderer!!!!

In a 7.5 AA this shoe is a perfect fit. I have a narrow foot, and probably could wear it in a AAA, but put it on and wore it for 2 days with more walking than normal--no breaking in period, just great fit and look and comfort from the beginning. I wish it came in more colors, when I find a shoe that looks good and feels good, I like to buy it in several colors.

This is a basic, comfortable, low heeled shoe that goes with a wide range of clothing. They were comfortable from the get-go. I often have trouble with the heels slipping, but these fit nicely. The patent loop on the toe is low enough that it doesn't rub my high instep.

It is so nice to find a shoe that is so versatile. The heel height makes it a perfect shoe for work and the style of the shoe works well with skirts, dresses or pants. Very happy with my purchase!

Nice dress for dress or slacks -
This is my third pair of Ros Hommerson's and the other two pairs have been consistently worn for three years--still look and feel great. These were a little big but still wide enough (WW) for my bunions. They are attractive and with thin arch pads they fit perfectly. I've worn them for 12+ hours and at 10 hours my feet begin to ache--the shoe doesn't have a lot of padding or arch support. Overall, they are pretty and dressy for my work and socializing--just what I needed.

Very comfortable boots. They go well with jeans, but are too casual for fancy dresses and such. I have narrow calves and they seemed to fit nicely in that area, but with some room leftover to fit jeans underneath. However, I found there was a lot of room around the ankle area. I had mine altered to take out the extra space.

Nice little Dressy Brown shoe -
I have arthritis in my feet and have some trouble finding dressy shoes that are comfortable. These fit the bill pretty good. So I wouldn't say it's the shoes fault for the discomfort after wearing them for awhile. They are fine for a going to church in the morning or just an evening out for a few hours.

Bottom too slippery -
At first these shoes were great, nice style, good fit, but then, after two months despite scuffing up the soles (as much as they could be), they kept sliding. I slid down hills in SF (doing the splits), slipped on flat sidewalks, I even added after purchase rough stick-ons to the soles until finally while walking down a normal wheelchair ramp from sidewalk to parking lot, I did a half split and fell hard on one knee cutting and bruising it. I am done with these shoes!

Good for narrow foot -
I wear a 10N and always have trouble finding comfortable, well-fitting shoes. I tend to stay away from pumps because the heels usually either slip off or pinch terribly.
This shoe is a wonderful exception. Comfortable from the start, great fitting, well-padded, and classy-looking to boot.
(If they would put a "kitten" type heel on this shoe, it would be PERFECT! I am tall, and though I love the look of thin stiletto type high heels, I don't want the added height or discomfort - especially when dancing.)

Great Shoe -
I ordered this shoe for my 93 year old mother, she has to have a really wide shoe and a low heel, but she still wants the shoe to look young and dressy. She loved this shoe and after ordering the size she normally wears in just a wide size, I had to return to get a smaller size in the extra wide… but she said it was the most comfortable dress shoe she had ever worn. I have ordered lots of shoes for myself from Zappos and have loved their quick service and ease of returns… always shop Zappos.

Comfy!
I have foot problems and have had tremendous difficulty finding footwear that is both suitable for a professional woman, and that is easy on the feet. They fit like a glove from the first time I put them on, and my feet felt great after being on my feet all day. I intend to order several more colors.

Easy Shoe Shopping for Hard to Fit Foot -
It was a real pleasure to shop from the comfort of my own home. I have fat wide feet and finding comfortable shoes is a chore. My girlfriend in New York turned me on to Zappos and it made shoe shopping a good experience.

Low heel with style and comfort -
This is my 2nd pair of Ros Hommerson dress shoes and I found the same good fit, comfortable cushioned inside and definitely more stylish than most shoes in this category.
