These shoes are cute and very appropriate for work. The heel height is good for walking and the heel is sturdy, but don’t let the Naturalizer name fool you, these shoes are not comfortable to walk in. The first time I wore them, I got a blister on my right heel. I bought some heel pads and put them in the shoes. Now I have them on for the second time and I find that the third toe on my left foot is jammed. It’s really painful. I walk about 1 mile to and from work 5 days a week and I do it in heels. In fact, my favorite pair is peep-toe. So, the problem isn’t that I’m not used to walking in heels or not used to peep-toes. The problem is the poor design of these shoes. They fit me correctly in terms of size. They’re just poorly designed.

Pretty, but they don't bend!
I love the look of the shoes, especially the peep toe. They’re comfy for standing in, but the sole would not bend as I tried to walk in them. Tried them on a few times, but never wore them as I could only clomp around in them with the unbendable soles. Sorry to have to return them.

Unlike most other Ugg styles, these do NOT run large. I usually wear between a size 7.5 and 8, and purchased size 7 which were much too small. Order your true size and you'll be fine. They seemed stiffer than other styles due to the zipper and shape. The calves are a bit narrow, but may loosen up when the fluff condenses a bit.

Love this shoe!
This is a beautiful dress shoe - well made, and the perfect blend of open-toe but closed heel elegance. Zappos made it so easy for me to find the perfect size too...everything was about ME being satisfied. I certainly am.

I wanted open-toed navy shoes and these shoes definitely fit the bill. These shoes look great with skirts and pants and I can wear them all day without taking them off to rest my feet. Received many compliments about the style. It was true to size.

Fit wrong for me -
Size 7.5 W was a little too long and a little too narrow in front. Cute shoe so I am disappointed. Maybe the 7 E wide would work. My foot really isn't very wide and most of my shoes are an 8 med. but by the end of the day a regular eight is too tight so I thought I would start making comfort a priority. But not with this shoe.

I love this shoe. It came exactly as I pictured it. The problem is I have very bad feet and need wide shoes but don't know how wide really. I have been wearing flip flops mostly and now I am trying to adjust to semi dressy shoes. I love them but they were just a bit tight.

Lovely feminine shoe, just too tight across my foot -
These shoes are really cute and stylish! Once again, they just felt a tad too tight in the toe box. I've been having this problem with Naturalizer dress shoes lately. It's the third pair in a row I've tried on that was too tight across the widest part of my foot. The seam where the straps cross over hit me right on the bunion, and I usually never have problems with bunions. Even with a piece of moleskin over the bunion, just 10 minutes of wearing these shoes in the house was painful. I was sorry to let them go as it's hard to find stylish and feminine dress shoes when you wear a size 9.5 W. oh well, better luck next time. I'll still shop at Zappos, it's the best!

Great looking but...
This shoe was beautiful but it pinched my big toe. I bought this to go to a wedding and the rubber sole, while good for everyday, made dancing tricky. Overall happy w/ the purchase.

Naturalizer's Bewilder -
This shoe is perfect! I have a wide width and a difficult time finding shoes that are a comfortable fit for me. I was pleasantly surprised that this shoe combined the comfort and style that I rarely find in a shoe. I enjoy wearing them, and compliments whenever I do.

Really cute shoe - I first thought this shoe might be too tight, but after wearing it off and on for a couple days, it has molded to my foot and doesn't feel too tight anymore. Really cute – wish I could find more cute shoes like this, without the open toe, it's gonna be cold this winter!!!

Exactly what I was looking for -

Love these shoes!
These shoes are beautiful in the burgundy color. I wore them for about 3 hours the first time; the toes rubbed a little bit under the top strap. They look fabulous and are very comfortable once broken in.

Good look, but not good fit -
I liked the shoe and usually I can purchase a Naturalizer shoe without a problem. This time however the shoe was much less wide then I expected and I'm disappointed, so I will have to return it.

Cute Upper, Bizarre Heel -
I really wanted to like this shoe. I needed something smart yet stylish and also a little trendy. I am quite tall, so the heel size fit the bill. I was quite pleased to see the N5 technology which is something new for Naturalizer (extra cushioning in the insole). However, the heel is a cheap, shiny plastic that degrades the rest of the look. I will be returning it.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it!
