Did not want to spend this much for boots, but now wish I would have done it a long time ago. These are great. Can\'t go wrong here.

I love Stuart Weitzman -
I have neuroma and a bunion so buying boots/shoes is always a challenge for me. Weitzman is expensive, but I love the look and fit. This boot is wonderful. The sizing is wider than most so it is a good fit for me. I wanted to replace a similar boot and I have succeeded. I can wear them for most of the day in comfort which is a feat for my feet! They are gorgeous, too. I couldn't be happier.

Beautiful and practical, but...
I love Stuart Weitzman and had one pair of his gore-tex boots before. I think this pair is even better looking, but the collar around the ankle is stiff and it rubs. It does not seem to soften with wear and as a result I am getting more limited use out of them than I would like and need, especially given the price.

Beautiful waterproof goretex winter boot -
The Eleganza boot is a beautiful dress boot, manufactured by Stuart Weitzman in Goretex waterproof (practically bullet-proof) fabric, with a manmade rubber seamless heel and sole. What a winter boot! Pointed toe and side zip hugging your ankle, and quite a nice profile, for something as durable and any boot you own (including laceup snow boots). I need a roomy shoe for my poor sore feet, so I bought the 10.5 Wide. My foot feels great. This shoe does have a narrow ankle, and I love that look. Wear with black tights under a skirt or pants. Bring us more of this kind of shoe Zappos.com!

Gorgeous, warm, waterproof -
These are stunning boots, and would be stunning whether they were leather or GORE-TEX or anything else. I have another pair of Weitzman GORE-TEX boots that I have worn into the ground after years and years of heavy use, and found them to be warm, comfortable, and waterproof. I hate the expense, but I love the boots. The heel is elegant but not too high (so you really can use it to walk around in rain and snow). The GORE-TEX looks different than what you may be used to - a tighter, more refined looking weave. The toe is a little narrower than I'd like, but still manageable. They really are gorgeous.
