I've been looking for a new pair of boots to replace my old, worn out Ugg's and wanted something that was vegan, warm and sturdy with a sole that would keep me from falling on my butt on the ice. I ordered these in a size 10 since I'm normally a 9.5 to 10 in boots and most of the reviewers felt that these run half a size small. Definitely not the case for me. The 10's were about half a size too big. I could wear them but there was a lot of spare room at the toes and my feet looked enormous in them. A 9 fits perfectly. The Alpha Tracs are definitely clunky and heavy and make it almost impossible to bend your ankles (which is a plus for me since I won't be twisting mine in these), probably because they're designed for winter motorsports. If those things are a problem, you'll likely want to steer clear of these boots. But for me they're great. Comfortable, easy to put on and take off (the liner has a handle to help you pull them on and off) and warm. I haven't tried them out in snow yet since we don't have any right now, but I think they're going to be just what I need.

I really liked the way these look - nice deep black suede and elegant profile that would work well for work (w/skirt) or casual w/jeans. Unfortunately they didn't fit me well in the shaft area. There was a gap between the outer part of my calf and the boot at the top of the shaft. My calves are on the thin side, but it still gapped when I tried them with jeans stuffed in them. Other than that, nice boots. The material is quite padded, so much that the shaft will stand up on its own when you store them in your closet. 2 other notes on size - the shoe is on the narrow side near the toe box, and I normally wear a 9, but had to get a 10 in order for my toes not to touch the front.

It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
