	I have to say that you have an amazing company! Long story short...I've been searching the greater Chicago area for a pair of size 10 "wooly" black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!! Now that is what I call customer service! How in the world you guys delivered in less than 24 hours is beyond me, but I just have to say that you made my day, and my husband's birthday. So thank you!!!
