Love the shoes! Have an arch support, unlike most kids shoes. My daughter wears them without socks for water play at preschool. I am able to wash them with no problem and they don't hold an odor.

Daughter loved these shoes. Wears them every day. True to size. They are very cute. Great colors. She wears them with socks because they are not very soft inside.

Got these in the grape color. My daughter loves them! She wears an orthotic in her shoe and Merrell is one of the few brands of kids shoes that has a removable insole. That makes trying on the shoe for fit much easier than trying to pry it out and damaging the shoe. She's gotten a lot of compliments on this particular pair of Merrells - even the adults want them!! Great shoe. Thanks Zappos!

Not for medium or wide widths - I don't know how everyone can say these are true to size, they are narrow. Very cute and look well made, but when my daughter puts on thin socks, they are tight. Love the look of these shoes, but give kids room to wiggle their toes!

WELL worth the money!!! My daughter is going through a phase right now at nine years old where she is skeptical of anything that I buy for her. After all her friends told her how great these shoes looked, she was thrilled (but not in front of me). They are easy to get on in the morning when she is late and they go with everything. They offer fantastic support in PE but aren't so athletic looking that she can't wear them as casual shoes with all her cute outfits.
