Gorgeous if a little painful -
Actually, for shoes this high, they are not too bad. With stockings however, one tends to slide forward in the shoe and the pressure across the joints of the toes and out the toe hole is pretty high. I ended up buying something similar that was less narrow.

I have never been so PLEASED with an order as I was with this one. Everything fit perfect, the order was shipped overnight (beyond my wildest dreams.) I will order again from this company if they have what I need.
