This is a comfortable shoe. It could use more arch support. The size is a bit small. I usually order US size 8.5. I had to re-order a size 10 to get a good fit.

After 1 year, still my favorite Mary Janes!
I got these about a year ago and have been incredibly pleased with them. I walk a lot during my work day, and they have managed to keep my feet comfortable and looking nice. I'm horrible about cleaning or polishing, and thankfully these shoes have required very little maintenance to continue looking nice. They've served me well with business attire as well as dresses and skirts. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors available. If I could, I'd buy one pair in every color!

Nice and comfy, great traction good for bush walks too. More comfy with thick socks - just as well, cuz they have no half sizes.

I love these Dr. Martens! They go great with dresses and skirts. I usually wear an 8-1/2 and got the size 8. The fit is perfect; they are comfortable and took only one wear to "break in". Zappos is the only place I will ever buy shoes online. The service is amazing and they usually have exactly what you are looking for.

First of all, the shoes arrived the next day! Second, the size is a little larger than listed. I am a size 10US and the UK7 fit me perfectly. Third, the shoes need breaking in then they fit great. I walk *a lot* and had to wear band aids on my heels for a few days. Now, I can easily walk four miles in them with athletic socks. I'm switching to shoe liners (what's the point of wearing cute shoes with sports socks?) and having no problems (no band aids). I love the rich brown color and the shape makes my large feet look pretty dainty, as much as possible in Docs!

I got my Mary Jane Dr. Martens today and WOW they are so CUTE!!! Not to mention the comfort, I couldn't be happier. I am a girly girl and these are absolutely PERFECT for work and play!!! These are my second pair of Dr. Martens and still completely thrilled with my purchase; in my opinion money very well spent!!!

Bless my shoes, I love them for work. They added a feminine touch that I wanted for work. It would have been perfect with more arch support but I added my own and they are great!

They are great except that they kind of stretched out a little bit too much after a couple wears. I would research sizing better next time.

Wow, I forgot how much I love Docs. I haven't bought a pair of Docs for 10 years. These are narrow for Mary Janes, but they fit my medium-width feet perfectly. The leather is stiff like most Docs, but I broke them in in one afternoon. An extra pad at the top of the heel where it meets your ankle is fabulous. I will buy these again when/if they wear out.

I loved this shoe so much, but the back was way too high for my Achilles tendon. It looked sleek and narrow, but had terrific toe and width room. It looked long (I got a 1/2 size larger), but felt great, and I did not fall over or even feel extra length in the toe. So sorry I could not keep it with the heel.

This is the first time I have invested in expensive, professional shoes and I am very sorry to not have done so earlier. The shoes fit like a glove and provide comfort for my feet and my entire being for the 12 plus hour shifts that I work. When I first tried them I thought they would be big and cumbersome as compared to the less expensive shoes I have bought and worn in the past. After one days wear I was thoroughly convinced that this was the shoe for me in comfort, looks, and durability. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and would encourage anyone to try them, my feet never felt happier, and with happy feet I am a very happy person.

Totally cute -
These shoes are amazing. If you have a high arch you might have to get the strap lengthened but it is so worth it. They are very comfortable.

I would recommend these shoes to others -
I only put a 4 for comfort because I haven't broken them in yet. Maybe their even a tiny bit small but not enough to go up a size but with each day they get a little better. It’s not my first pair of Doc's so I was not surprised that they needed broke in because they are a little stiff when new. I would highly recommend these shoes to others.

Love Them!

Great shoes!
I really love wearing these shoes! I always bought Born brand shoes for the look and comfort but the soles wore out too fast. These have won me over! Looks, great feel, and the soles show no wear yet!

Buckle not quite long enough -
These shoes are really cute but I had to return them. I normally wear a wide shoe but I own a bunch of Dr. Martens and have never had a problem with the width. Unfortunately on these the strap was just a smidge too short for me to be able to buckle it.

Great, but needed a half size.
Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes since they were only available in whole sizes. I tried both an 8 and a 9 and I was between. They look great, however! I was very disappointed that they didn't fit. They are heavy, but look nice enough for a casual work outfit and are comfy.

Love it! After many years of wearing doc marten boots, I was ready for a little change-up. I love my new mary janes! They are super comfy, just like the boots, yet somehow make me feel like the toughest momma at playgroup, without scaring anyone too bad! Will buy more when I wear them out.

Not your average Mary Janes -
Arthritis in my feet has caused me to give up trying to wear dress shoes at work. These docs are great for business casual. They are very comfortable, and they don't look like "old lady shoes". I bought these in black and tan both, so I can wear them everyday.

These shoes are soooo cute! I work in a cosmetic surgeon’s office and even the Dr. thinks these look good with my uniform. Very comfy. They do run a little big but I wear them with socks and they are fine. Love them and Zappos!
