Bag looks great and has a very usable design, however the brown paper on the outside begins to rip and tear almost immediately, even with light use. I am sending mine back.

I love this bag! It holds everything perfectly. Normally I have the problem of locating my keys in big bags or in bags that are too small. Either I have to unload everything or dig around for 5 minutes. This bag is the perfect size and everything has a place. The quality is really good and the bag is holding up great after using it for a month now. I like that it is made with recycled materials and I get tons of compliments on it.

While this purse is made from recycled plastic bags, it is covered in paper. That paper has ripped, dissolved, and started to peel within two weeks of purchase. The style is great. The durability is not.

This is one of the best recycled products I've used. My things don't get lost in it. It’s the perfect size and I love the quality.

Cute idea, but...
This bag is adorable. It is made with "recycled rice-bag paper", but it is in fact made with paper also. I mistakenly assumed it was all the plastic covered paper. (The one I received had no printing on the paper portion, so it looked like a brown bag from a grocery store.) I can't help but think that anything spilling on the paper will stain - or might encounter an unfortunate tear. The part that is made from the plastic rice bags is adorable and looks like it will repel water and hold up. I'm just not sold on the paper portion and think I will be returning it.

 |  | I wanted to call and commend you on the customer service I received and how thrilled I was to find Zappos. I will definitely be ordering again and again. The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip. This is a fabulous service with free shipping on orders and also for returns. I know of several people here that will enjoy using your service also and I am certainly going to tell them about Zappos.
