ZAPPOS people are the best - your policies & trust on exchanges & never being impatient with my need to try just one more to be sure was the only way I could afford to compare quickly & conveniently, instead of saving & waiting. Spent more on my feet than my Mortgage this month and darn proud of it. Customer Loyalty Team is a good title.
