Well made and very cute. I\'ve seen some other brands where the edges are not flush or the seals do not look solid, but his is a well constructed boot. My now 22 month old who hates to wear shoes was putting these on her feet and stomping around the house in them. I did get one size up because I was not sure how easy they are to get on and off. They are very easy -- actually they are a little big and fall off her feet when she is in her car seat, but that means that they should still fit into next year. May be some socks will help. Overall very happy with these boots.

If its possible, these are even cuter in person. They seem to fit true to size and I think that the fuzzy lining must be very comfy on little feet. Hasn't rained yet so we shall see, but the workmanship looks very solid; well put together.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
