Purchased the shoe because I needed non-slips at work and didn't want the typical "crew shoes" and I had to have white shoes. I really like these shoes. While I do wear them primarily for work, I wear them outside work as well. I get a decent amount of compliments on them seeing as no one really wears boat shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable; only downside is I don't think they are made for restaurant non-slippage, as I still slide around a bit. However, I get to wear cute shoes and still be in uniform so I just walk a little more carefully. As a side note, Zappos really made my experience great. Free shipping and I got them within about 3 days of my order.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
